The quotes werent helping me at first, took me a while to make any headway, but finally found the right combination of guesses. Once I got a few key words, the quotes completely gave it away.

I only use it to encode.  I do the decoding on notepad, simple and easy enough, for me at least.

Yeah, I use it for really long quotes but for shorter ones I don't always use it myself. I'm thinking of re-designing it one of these days, make one that displays the original phrase as well as the partial solution with blanks, more the way I solve them on paper or in notepad.

Yeah, I use it to encode, but for decoding I just c+p into Word. Like you said, it makes it easier if you can see the original at the same time.

Man, that one was surprisingly hard. Third try was the charm for me... This is the first quote on here in a long time that I resorted to using letter counts and distribution to help identify the vowels...

It's funny, i can see why that one was tricky but it wasn't really my intention to pick an impossible one there.
I was sure someone could get it with most of the vowels, I thought "I_'_ O_, MAMA" would give the quote away by itself.
