A: He has fantasized about this for a long time.  He had several ideas in mind, but couldn't decide on any of them.  In all cases, he knew that if he could synthesize male jelly, and artificially inject it into his system, he'd be able to fool his physiology into thinking he was permanantly approaching the mating frenzy, thus giving him superior strength and that really cool jazz on his head.  Anyway, the names he came up with were:  Citizen Claw, Captain Claw, Lobster Lad, Captain Crustacean, and ZOID the Invincible.

A: No need to wonder.  The professor's name is Hubert J. Farnsworth.  ...Now, if you meant to ask what would the professor's superhero name be if he were a member of the Justice Team, that's a different story.  Possible choices for his superhero name would be: The Inventor, Dr. Prune, or Ray of Sunshine.  Don't ask me about the last one..it was HIS idea!
