Maybe the clue on part 3 was misleading.  I think it should read "A job description for El Diabotlo" instead of its current form.

That being said, both answers so far are 25% correct.  If no more progress is made in the next 24 hours, I'll start dropping big hints.

I'm working on the first one too.  The closest I can manage is: Most doctors are (rich), Columbian dark matter (oil)-eating bacteri(a) grayish blob.  But I know that's only 50-75% correct.

But "most doctors are rich" isn't something Zoidberg learns fom Fry...he hears that from Leela...otherwise, I only got the dark matter.
(I would think the first one is something from WMIBACIL, but i'm not sure).

The first one is not from WMIBACIL (That should help). The link is tenuous actually because the pronunciation is kinda off. It works slightly better in Zoidberg's voice. So, don't go for perfect.
