anchovies for fry

has anyone in here been to this anchovies for fry thing? it sounds like a good idea, but im not sure if it will work, it sounds like that might just piss them off. did any of you do it? cause if it will help i will too!   


i just saw that it happend last year my bad! i all lost does any1 know what happend?


oh yeah thanks but how come everyone keeps telling me about the rules yes ive read them and the aff thing happend last october so i was wondering how it went, and why are there so many rules?
