Fry's voice sounds like a mid twenty year old, and yet Billy west is about 56, and Bender sounds like a man whos chain smoked for about thirty years or so, (mostly in season 1)except John Dimaggio's 36.

Well yes. That is the job of a voice actor. And Billy West and John Dimaggio are two of the best there are. Sure they are able to get their own voice bend to the request.   ;)
