Sounds like a good deal to me
. They've stopped making that all-in-one box now, and I've seen it flogged on ebay as a "collector's item" for huge amounts.
As for the deleted bits.. The episodes come with cut scenes, which are available as deleted scenes in the special features section. Often these scenes replace parts of the normal version, so it isn't really possible to watch the thing 'unabridged'. Might be possible for someone that's good at video editing to add in the deleted scenes to the main episode, but they'd stand out with their poorer quality animation/sound.
Then there's the parts that were censored in the original tv airing, which are part of the episode as standard. It made the dvd's quite interesting for me to watch since channel 4 over here in the UK chopped the hell out of the show.
