need name of episode

can someone tell me the name of the episode where they are on trial for something, i dont remember what? i just remember that there is a layer who is turkey and has a Georgian accent, and the judge always says "i'll allow this."

Well, the turkey is known as "Hyperchicken" and I believe the episode you speak of is "Brannigan Begin Again".

That's the one you're thinnking of, although the Hyperchicken also reappears in "Insane in the Mainframe," "A Tale of Two Santas," and "A Taste of Freedom," to name a few.
