Hey Sarge that is a great looking jacket! Did you by chance get the Bender watch as well? I saw Matt Groening with one and he told me it was this years animators gift. I would love to see pictures of this if you have one.

As far as I can tell, this is Curiositys' gift to us. Another watch?! It must be for the Simpson crew. I got about 4 of those in the past years. (barf smiley)

Funny you should mention opera. Tomorrow is my last day for the season, & I've been working on act 3 of the opera show for 2 weeks now.  :)

O man I really did want a Futurama lunch tin but Sam Goody stopped selling them.

I bought the Fry & Leela MAC collectibles today b/c they were half off at my local Suncoast.
I'm really the only one who was buying their Futurama merchandise  :(.  O~well more marked down stuff for me!

You mean the carnivore Oprah? Like Sally Struthers, she's met her fate.
And Baz, get used to it. Most animal slaughter-houses are composed of tin. Therefore, we must work harder.

They usually send out in stock things within 2 business days (plus the travel time for the package).

That's so cool, Sarge.

I'd kill for a shirt like that

Well, maybe not kill, probably only wound. Okay not wound either, but I'll deliver serious papercuts to get my mitts on one.

And I like that they use Planet Express to deliver it. I just hope it didn't come at the expence of a certain delivery boys life.

Now I need my pills, to get the envy out of my body.

It's technically a 'bowling' shirt, but when I wore it at work today, the phrase "You want fries with that?" kept popping in my head.

Maybe it's because I worked at other jobs like McDonalds or 7-11 for many many years before I landed a job in animation. Betcha ya can't wait!

Haha. The first thing that came to mind when scrolling through this thread was "is that Sarge's Wawas uniform?". But still, that jacket thingy is hot stuff.

On topic: I don't want to brag, but apparently I have a "connection" at Suncoast. Me and my nephew are getting a ton of Futurama stuff for christmas at 40% off.

Nah, I already bought you some dollar store underwear. Merry Christmas.

Really though, I just came back from the mall and Suncoast was almost completely out of Futurama stuff. All they had was the PE ship and some pop-out people. Luckily my mom already picked up all the cool cheap stuff for us last week.

I've just ordered URL from a shop called Forbidden Planet, he's made by "TIN TOYS" and he walks but is very expensive. I can't wait for him to arrive in the post...
