In the meantime "Say Arggh" have died, but Kenneth's Futurama guide can now be found at The Leela Zone.

That's also good. I think that Kenneth's guide is better in terms of content, but I prefer the presentation of Shadowstar's.

EDIT: On closer inspection, the two guides are in some ways too similar. They both seem to have exactly the same character profiled at the side of the page with in most cases the exact same quote. Who was the first to come up their guide?

I've seen both of the great online efforts - I think if either finds a publisher and gets the blessing of Matt Groening and/or F*X, then good luck to them.   :)

Yet the problem is that there are so few episodes and so many characters (including recurring characters), so a suggestion may be to break with the tradition of the Simpsons books and showcase not one but TWO characters per episode in the guide (or, in the case of Lrrr/Ndnd, Smitty/URL etc., two pairs of characters... you get my meaning).

Oh, and if you ask me, Morbo is nothing without Linda.  :D

That's an awesome idea, Zion. Or perhaps have a misc characters section in the back, for all the other characters. I also think a merchandise page would be worthy, photographing all merchandise made for the show, and putting it on a double page (or more) spread near the back. The guide could be as thick as The Simpson's Season 1-8 if they filled it properly. They could also put in scripts for episode ideas, or for episodes which never made it into production because of cancellation. Maybe Futurama’s only 4 Seasons, but I'm sure there's enough clool stuff to fill up more     :)

To be honest I've never cared for the Simpsons guidebooks.

A far better model to me would be a book called "The Twilight Zone Companion".  On each episode there's not only the synopsis and airdates and such but also pretty much every last trivia note the author could come up with (and usuall a brief review of the episode as well).  Much of it is taken directly from interviews with cast, crew, etc and in general it offers a lot more inside information and trivia then those lame and incomplete "Stuff you may have missed" boxes in the Simpsons books.

I hope they do a book like that for both shows actually.
