Damn I did not see that episode! Oh well in general Kiff is a nice dude, so that's my general impression of Kiff. ...If a person is 75 percent nice and 25 percent are not, s/he is considered to be a nice person, and nobody is perfect.

A: Lay my hands on one of them. The fireworks display would be wasted as there'd be nobody left to see it, while one could live in comfort off the money gained by ransoming the planet with one of the devices.

Q: Would you rather the merfolk's breathing device from Deep South or Farnsworth's suppository, keeping in mind that the breathing device is "uncomfortable and humiliating"?

Farnsworth just said that so no one would invest in them and instead all purchase his new innovative suppository. Also because it was a joke that he didn't find suppositories uncomfortable and humiliating, but rather a convenient tool was so. With that said, the breathing device, of course.
