A: I enjoyed Roberto's one-time appearance in "Insane in the Mainframe". Now, yes, he's appeared in many episodes since then, but none were quite as focused on him as 'Mainframe' was.

A: Disc 2 of season 4 (with disc 3 of season 2 as a close runner-up). Though the last disc of season 7 might change that, depending on where they split the episodes (if "Fun Pit" is on the first disc, then it'll be a fantastic collection of episodes).

A: Maybe one or two episodes on average? Sometimes more, sometimes not at all. Definitely far less than I used to watch it as a teenager (which was easily about 3-4 episodes a day... ).
