When you put an image on PEEL, you can't just paste it. What you do is copy and paste your image on to say, MSPaint, and then cut it down to size. Then host it on imageshack or photobucket. After it's hosted, copy the image link they give you and paste it onto here. Hope it helps.

Host the image. (Try Image Shack.) Then when it's hosted, get the URL. Then come back here, and post the following: [*img]URL[/img*]. (Don't include the * or .).

To host an image, you need to save it to your computer as a special file. (JPG or something. Check Image Shack for the files they allow.) Then exit the program, and go to Image Shack. Upload it (or whatever), then follow the instructions in my first paragraph.

[EDIT]: Yes, Microsoft Paint would work well.

Have you got the image cropped and saved to an online source? Then you probably just have typed the link wrong in your post.
Try this. When you click reply at the bottom of the page and come to the reply screen theres something that says '*UBB Code is ON' next to the message box. If you click on that it tells you how to post an image.

Here are few tips regarding pictures and the internet:

First thing is that you can't directly link to your PC. Imagine what would happen if you turn your PC off. 
It is impossible after all, since the internet doesn't know which C:\ drive to take. The server's (if it is a windows machine) or the client's. There are too many C:\ drives involved.

For that reason you need an adress to a place that is available even then when you're not, and you need a place that gives you a uniform adress to that location. (an URL - Uniform Resource Locator) 

The next thing is how to post it here. On most message boards you have to use special codes to post images or links and such. Here, like in many others, it is BB-code. Use the "tags" [img] - [/img] around your URL, but don't leave any spaces in there.

An easier option is to go to uploaders/hosting services like www.imageshack.us,  search the file on your PC, press upload and then copy and paste the right link they give you into the post you make.
