Hey, how many of you remember Jeanette Foshee?  The icon queen from the Simpsons and Futurama?  Well, I'm her brother.  I say we need to really start a new endeavor.  Let's actually save Futurama.  I know how these things work.  If the corporate suits see enough money in it, it will come back.  We have to get the right kind of backing.  If their are actually enough people who want it back, IT WILL COME BACK!!!!
Let start the "Stop Not Making Futurama" petition.  Matt will probably like the name hehehe.  We need to start a sign up.  I will create a website, and post it on here for people to sign up, unless this website has that ability.  We probably need to get a few million "signatures" but, it can be done, if presented properly.  :flirt:

SW, we all really appreciate your enthusiastic optimism, but we have tried NUMEROUS petitions already(including ones that have had thousands of signatures). Not to mention the failed "Anchovies for Fry" which involved numerous cans of Anchovies marked with a "BRING BACK FUTURAMA!" label being sent to FOX Headquarters.

Don't get me wrong, we all love the show dearly and hope it will return, but petitions have already been ruled out as a way to bring it back.

On a lighter note, welcome to PEEL, the largest Futurama Fan Community and enjoy your stay!

And by the way, you said your sister is Jeanette Foshee. What role did she play in the series?

Actually, she didn't play a role. She was the one who created all those Simpson and Futurama icons that Fox threatened to suit her over.  And Matt and his bunch have her icons all over their computers at his business.  Ironic, isn't it?
But, trust me, I KNOW how these corporate execs work.  Don't lose your enthusiasm.  I know how you can get discouraged.  A few thousand signatures won't cut it.  You need at least ONE MILLION.  And you have to hammer them CONSTANTLY.  They will break.  You just have to show them the dollar signs.  Not to mention I can get us on tv news shows, to get some publicity.  Hehehe.  You see, you have to know how to get their attention.

Does anyone know the background on how Ren & Stimpy got back on the air, after having been off for so long?

Failed?  Excuse me, just because we don't start a new idiotic thread about it every week doesn't mean it's over.  I'm still sending, and we have several new recruits.

Oh no...it's not over...
not until I get that Aussie fascist's head on a platter...oh, and Futurama too>
