My, my, my, aren't we being anal about this, Eyedol.

If I had even a remote chance of winning this game, I'd give you a massive and very articulate telling-off for docking me points for putting up a damned TOTPD.  I obviously didn't edit my answer: I was the fifth person to answer the question...why would I bother?
a) I already new the answer from seeing others' posts
b) It was only worth one point
c) I was aware of the point docking

Must stay calm...the score's irrelevant...and I don't want people to think I'm a poor sport...

Seriously though, consider thinking before you dock next time.  What if Beamer or Zeep had made that habitual slip?  Would you potentially deprive one of them the win because they appeared to have "cheated" in the most obvious way possible for a single point?

EDIT, because this post is not an answer:
Beamer, he's referring to my answer to the last question at the top of the page, to which I added GFF's sexy new animation.  Also, the original post had a smiley I forgot to disable.
Zoidberg227, I could easily fake a screengrab in about five minutes using MSPaint.  I doubt Eyedol would buy it.  Or a least, I doubt he will now.

And another thing I just realized...judging by the fact that Eyedol gave me full credit for the question and didn't comment earlier, my edit didn't even go through until he had already checked the answers.  So...tell me again how I cheated?

Suggestion: If a post must be edited for TOTPD reasons, include an ImageShack link to a screengrab of the original post, as evidence the answer wasn't changed.

Announcements:

I'm sorry for being such an ass, but I said it before. Any editing will result in a [5]pt. deduction. I gave DogDoo8 a chance, and gave everyone a final warning. If I went back on what I said, I wouldn't be enforcing the rules. And the reason I gave you full credit the first time, was because I didn't see your edit the first time. And if Zeep or Beamer had edited their posts (and they replied in 5th or higher), and the "championship" was on the line, I would still deduct points.
And Zoidberg227, I wouldn't buy that. Like Nerd-o-rama said, it is possible to alter.

Standings:
-Beamer: [46]pts.
-Zeep: [46]pts.
-JBERGES: [42]pts.
-DogDoo8: [37]pts.
-JDB: [17]pts.
-Zoidberg227: [17]pts.
-Nerd-o-rama: [6]pts.
-M0le: [6]pts.
-Guy_Caballero: [2]pts.

BUT, seeing as how you made some valid points, and that your post was a TOTPD, and that I didn't catch it the first time, I'll let it slide.
BUT LET THIS BE A WARNING! TOTPD editing will count in the future!
And just to be fair, I'll give M0le his [5]pts. back, so everyone can be on even ground.

ONCE AGAIN, LET THIS BE A WARNING TO YOU ALL! Any editing, in any post whatsoever (no exceptions), will result in a [5]pt. deduction, regardless of where you are in the Standings.

I don't want to take sides, but it does seem like you're being just a little bit bitchy about this, eyedol. though i can understand your wanting to keep enforcing the rules fairly.

and NoR, just for future reference, i'm sure everyone would have understood if you had made a double-post to include the TOTPD and GIF.

Great, now i've probably pissed off both of you. so much for not taking sides.

EDIT: well, now everything's already been resolved. pfft.

(sorry for the double-post, but my last post isn't showing up, and I don't know if it got through or not)

I know this sounds paranoid, but two of you could be on at the same time, and one of you could have a TOTPD with an edit. How do I know if you didn't give the answer, wait, then edit it out? (I know this is completely idiotic, and stupid of me, but humor me.) Plus, why would you want to help someone else win? You're supposed to win, and make it harder for others to win. (Plus, there are thousands of other ways to cheat.)

Just don't edit your posts, and let's keep it at that.

Announcement:
{Important! Read after you answer the question!}
-It seems that all the regular players are off for the holidays. And to be honest, I want to take a break as well.

-But, the players in the top 6 spots in the Standings have a say. If 4 or more of you disagree, then I will continue the game over the weekend. If not enough people (or no one) answers by the time I post below, then I will go ahead with the questions.
-The last question will be at 10:00p.m.[pst]. (Yes, I will skip the 8:00p.m.[pst] question.)
-Please reply (if you read this), telling me that you read this. But don't edit your post with the answer!

And didn't you used to be a 'Crustacean' only a month or two ago? Either you were, or it was someone with a similar username and/or avatar.

i have a laptop (i'm using it now, and i always do, except when i post from school), and i have a wireless card. but where i'm going, i dont even have a phone line, let alone a wireless network. seriously, i'd have to go about 30 miles away to find anywhere that has even a remote chance of having any kind of high speed internet.

i could THEORETICALLY have someone call my parents cell phone(s) and give me the question, then find the answer. but i doubt that would work too well. especially since i might be busy skiing, playing in the snow, hottubbing, or anything else.

of course, the effort would basically be a waste since it's not like i'm winning anything except recognition among my fellow futurama-nerd peers.

oh, and about the crustacean thing, i think there has been at least 2 peope who used an avatar very similar to mine, one of whom i believe is an actiave member now. i'll try to find his/her username.

EDIT: here is a convinient page with one of my posts at the top, and one of Zombiesaurus' posts right below it.

EDIT2:
i know i said i would be leaving today, but it turns out i'm leaving tomorrow morning. so i have one more day to feel sorry for myself before losing.
