Basically, it's what Zeep said. A new question should be posted around those times. Give me an extra 15 minutes though. If I do not post within 15 minutes of the time a question should've been posted, I won't post a new question then. I'll just wait until the next time.
Bonus questions are posted about 1 1/2hrs. after a 7th place question is posted. (ex. 7th question, 14th question, 21st question, etc...)
