I don't mean to be picky, but you didn't specify who you were looking for. Technically, both me and zoidberg227 are correct. But I guess credit goes to whomever did it most often.

Maurice LaMarche (though it sounds more like John D when you hear it)

Just a side note:  John did the voice for the Robot Santa in that ep but I believe Maurice LaMarche did the voice for the table read.

The "educational film narrators" sound more like Billy West to me.

Actually, they remind me of the guy who did (does) the voice-overs for the "Dirt Devil" commercials (I think his name is Kevin Conway).

^That's easy.
Mauriche LaMarche. (Sorry about the spelling, but I'm 100% sure that that's him.)
*Just waiting for a confirmation.*

By the way, it was Coolio, not John DiMaggio.

I wanna say Dave Herman did the voice of Roberto, but I reserve the right to be wrong.

Also, didn't Bob Odenkirk provide the voice of the Big Brain?  Or am I thinking of the Big Brain Database Thingy?

Bah, it's hard to come up with a difficult one...except for random one-liner characters like the HassidicBot in Futurestock, which I have no way of checking.

Hey, that reminds me.  Or rather, watching the episode earlier reminded me of both:
