Yes, he was from 'A Taste of Freedom', and Shadowstar is correct. Although his voice is actually quite different to the High Priest of Decapod 10.

M0le, I'd be angry at you confirming my question for me if I weren't so relieved that my sacrificing my internet connection for two days didn't hold up the game.  My stupid neighbor with a linksys hub apparently switched it off, so now instead of mooching off his wireless network, I have to use my crappy desktop with a 56k.  Ah, home for the holidays...
