1.)Guy Caballero = [34]pts.
2.)Nerd-o-rama = [19.5]pts.
3.)hobojobo = [19]pts.

Q14: How old was Fry in <The Devil's Hands Are Idle Playthings?
A: 29

+Leela says he is 25 in <My Three Suns>, which is in the year 3000. In Production Season 4, there is a 3004 Olympics in <Bend Her>. So logically speaking, add 4 to that 25, and he would be 29.+

I am very sorry hobojobo, but with 19pts, you are eliminated and can no longer play.

*Good comeback. If only you had guessed 29. I was pulling for you though (no offense Nerd-o-rama). Try again when I post sign-ups for Futurama Trivia Champion II.*

Here's the deal with the Final Round. I need both Guy Caballero and Nerd-o-rama on at the same time. I'll post a list of 19 questions on November 7, 2004. It will be from 3:00p.m.-6:00p.m. pst, which would be from 6:00p.m.-9:00p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
I NEED BOTH OF YOU GUYS (Nerd-o-rama & Guy Caballero), TO DECIDE ON A TIME INBETWEEN THAT TIMEFRAME. BOTH OF YOU NEED TO AGREE TO THE SAME TIME, AND ONCE YOU DO, YOU NEED TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE HERE AT THAT TIME.
At the time you guys decide on, I'll post a message, and both of you need to reply to that, by having the SAME RESPONSE IN YOUR REPLIES.
I'll wait 2 minutes, and check if both of you did this. If both of you did, then I'll post the list of questions. {If for some reason you both agree to a time, and only one of you responds, then I'll try again an hour or two later, and if one of you still doesn't reply, I'll try again the next day. But if only one person responds the next day (regardless if it was the same player, or the other player), I'll pick a winner myself.}
I don't want that to happen, so both of you please decide on a time you can both be on here, and once again, make sure you are there.
Good luck to both of you!

Nerd-o-rama: ???

Make sure you're on at that time Nerd-o-rama. By now, I don't think Guy Caballero will be here before that time.

*jerkberg. I'll post a new sign-up list on November 9, 2004. (5:00p.m. PST)*

Same here Guy Caballero. What a coincidence.
How about this guys. Since you both seem to be here, but both me and Guy Caballero have to pick up dinner, how about I post the questions around 5:45p.m. PST (8:45p.m. EST)? I say around, because I may be able to get it quickly, or it could take me a few minutes.
Anyway, hope to see you there.

OK, here's the message, within the brackets. Copy and paste the message into your replies, then post the message (within 5 minutes), in your reply. When I see both of you have replied, then I'll post my own reply, confirming that I read both your messages.
When I do that, give me 5-10 minutes to post the questions. (I forgot to type them earlier, otherwise I'd be able to post the questions faster.)
Post your answers within 1 hour. (Anytime within one hour. Don't waste time looking for answers, as the other player could be able to post quicker than you.) After that, nothing else will be accepted. I'll check your answers, and post the winner as soon as I'm done.
Good luck to both of you!

*Hell. I'm watching the new "Simpsons" and they're mentioning Muttonchops. What a coincidence! (Maybe a Futurama reference?) But now that I think of it, it's more of a coincidence.*

Take that everyone who's never won Futurama Trivia Champion!  Especially you, David A!

Well played game, everyone.  Eyedol7513, a few suggestions:
1) Have more contestants, perhaps 10, eliminating two every round perhaps.
2) I think one round a day, three questions per round would be quite effective.
3) Be sure to check your answers before you post them; I'm positive Guy and I were correct on number 18.  Also, several questions were vague.
4) Again, great game, and a great idea.

And I look forward to competing against jerkberg in the next contest.  That should be...interesting.

Thanks for the suggestions. But the problem with too many contestants, is that they may not all be in the same time zone, and can't all answer the questions at a specific time.
That's why I'll ask everyone who signs up to give an estimate on what time they could be on, then judge when I'll post the new questions.
I'll explain everything in greater detail on the new thread.
And sorry Guy Caballero, but Nerd-o-rama is the official winner. I don't want to re-tally the scores. But don't worry. Futurama Trivia Champion II will be better improved.
See you later.
