OK - vote who has/makes the best signatures here at PEEL. Other types of image making skills may also be taken into consideration if you want.

Sorry if I forgot anyone - I really couldnt think of anyone towards the end of the choices

i'll go with spliff,
a) because i like to say spliff instead of spiff
b) his sigs are cool because they are something different, rather than the usual scans which get a bit boring.

I was mentioned in a Poll. This is the happiest day of my life!  :D  :D

I voted for Cellery although it's a tough choice.  :)

I might come up with my very own PEEL sigs soon, whether they're any good will have to be seen.

Not that i'm 'in the running' but below is my first crack at a graphic sig.

Also i've just seen the cool scan tutorial on CGEF. Shame I don't have Illustrator, i'd sharpen up the edges on my avatar.

I like Cellery and Spiff's sigs the best.  Cellerys are very well done, and Spiff's are just funny, so i guess i had to vote for spiff.

Can I vote twice?
I like Cellery's 'cos they're animated, but Paul's are really good too.  Paul's so generous.  He did the one I use at CRU.
BTW- Is my new siggy block working here?  It's my crappy first attempt at one...   :)
EDIT- Yes!  It works!  Mwhahahahaha!

It's so hard to pick just one artist, I love cellery's sigs because they're so clean, original and look great. The animated ones are a nice touch too. TheVoices has such good aesthetics and the graphics are really cool and unique. Pauls are so drool enticing and awesome. Loads of other poeple have great sigs too, like Mitsui's new sig, but I ended up voting for cellery :)

Btw, Paul made my sig :)

^ My dilemma, and reasoning too (exept about the "PAul made my sig" part). Ended up voting for cellery.

Strange that I said that, because I'm now trying to upload a graphical sig.  I created the picture in Paint, saved both JPG and GIF copies, but when I try to upload either off the edit profile screen, a message pops up saying the pictures have to be JPG or GIF files!  HELP!

Where are they hosted? You might be trying to do it from a site that doesn't allow you to do that.

You can send it to me to upload if you want.

I think he's trying to up it off of his hard drive. Are the files small enough, and also are they really .jpg and .gif files? Sometimes Paint glitches and saves them as .bmp files. Just right click on it and have a look at the Properties to make sure.

It could also be too big for the upload script to handle.

I'm trying to get it off my hard drive, it IS saved as jpg and gif versions, and it's only 2KB.

That is a hard choice to make. Cellery has class sigs, simple, clean, nice.
Spiff has Calvin and Hobbes based sigs, Spaceman Spiff is my fave offshoot character from C&H, the sigs also have and element of homour.
I have to vote for Spiff.

Well, I've found out why my sig wouldn't upload.  I'd had GIF in capital letters instead of lower case.  Once I changed that, there was no problem!

So here's my test sig.  I know it's bland and boring, but I just wanted to get it working before I do a better one.

a sig poll and i haven't noticed it yet? what has the world come to...   :nono:

whom to vote... well, cellery's sig are very cool looking. paul has boobs in his sig. hmm...boobs...
the voices is the supreme photoshop filter artist and gave me my current wallpaper. so i guess, i'll vote for him. but paul has boobs.. *drools* ... *slaps himself* ... i go with the voices.

PS: not all things written in my sig are good ideas. for example i won't pay for your new monitor, that's for sure.   :p

SpacemanSpiff, your sigs have really got brilliant lately. Some really good slogans with a humorous touch :) Maybe you should make a thread and show them all off in it ;)

creating a new thread for this is a good idea - especially since certain mods will be very pleased about that.  ;)

How could you forget...me? No, actually, I voted for Cellery. His sigs are fresh, constantly rotating them from time to time. The juxtaposition of the celery is very clever in all of them. (yes, I finally used 'juxtapose' in a review!)

Can't be bothered to vote, as I'm one of the protagonists involved in the poll, whether I like it or not.  So voting for myself would be frowned upon, and I seem to like any siggy block, that shows a novel touch, which covers the PEEL siggy block fraternity.
