There's probably been a dozen threads like this, but what the hell...

What TV shows are you collecting on DVD?  Are there shows you want to collect but haven't as yet been released?

At the moment I'm collecting Futurama, Star Trek: TNG, and the Simpsons, although I probably wouldn't bother with the latest seasons of The Simpsons when they're released.

I'm also going to start collecting M*A*S*H when the Region 2 releases start in a few months, I'd like to see Cheers released on DVD, and I might collect Frasier, although the latest season's been dodgy.

I'm collecting the ST:TNG episodes on DVD.  I'll buy Futurama when they become available in the US.  As for now, I vid-cap the Futurama and Smallville episodes with the HTPC...almost as good as having the DVD.

I also have the HBO mini-series "From The Earth To The Moon" on DVD, and I'll probably get "Band of Brothers" as well.

Just Futurama at the moment. I might start collecting the Red Dwarf DVD's when they get released, it looks like they are putting a lot of thought into the extras and we should get full commentries for each series.

I haven't got any DVDs, but I have Futurama series 1, Family Guy series 1 and South Park series 1 - 4 (missing two episodes) on video.

Sigh, Futurama is probably the only show I'd pay money for on DVDVDVD, and it's not out in america.

Maybe I'll buy some of the X-files sets when they stop being so damn expensive.

those dvd sets cost like $20-$30 MAX (and that's being generous) for them to produce.  Then they charge $99 for them.

So far, just The Simpsons, though I'm looking for the Buffy Season 1 set.

I'd get Farscape, but they charge through the nose for that one.

So far only Futurama and The Simpsons, although I'd like at least one season of Eerie Indiana.

Um... I want to get some of the later seasons too, it's a real pain that Season One is the only season out on DVD at the moment. Unless you got so fed up of waiting and travel into the future and bring the others back    :)

Only Futurama so far.

But I'd love to have "ST: DS9" and "The Critic" on DVD as well.

Wow, they cost heaps, almost as much as the X-Files. The thing with buying TV series' on DVD is they're damn expensive.

I would get the Futurama set if they only sold it here, but I could probably go for the VCDs. Besides, those make good collection fodder. Like Static, I currently have no DVDs to call my own. I'd like to get some anime DVDs, but only if I have the time for them. Trigun or Cowboy Bebop would be my first choices.

Yeah I don't care about the price of Futurama either, even if it was over £100:00 I'd still buy it.

Sweet Zombie Jesus!!

Rumour has it that a DS9 DVD set will be released in the start of 2003, after the current run of the TNG set. Oh God, please let this be true.
