He was nice to him for once in "How Hermes Requisitioned his groove back" coz when Hermes turns back up at the office from the underground cave or whatever, he says that Zoidberg saved him and then Zoidberg shouts Hurray! Or something like that  I think thats the only time he's been nice to him though
