I was checking out this Futurama website called, "The Futurama Point".  I was reading the character profiles and it said Fry was born in 1978!  Anyone else been to that site and noticed that?   He wasn't born in 1978!  Fry was born in 1974!

I'm going on this website from now on until TLZ comes back.

I'm not sure if that's wrong or not... remember that Fry's age at 2000 (if he born 1978) was 22. Since the episodes go between 3000-3003, I guess he is 24 years old in the year 3002 (actually 1024 years old  :p). Now, I don't think Fry says his actual birthday in any episode, but I think (not sure) he says that "he is 24 years old"... depends on witch season (don't remember the episode :hmpf :).

:( BTW, TFP was down by the time I wrote this... don't know why!  :(

It seems all the TFPs are down lately.  First with Futurama Madhouse, and now Futurama Point?

So it was down for a little bit... I figured it was my internet, since hurricane Rita recently hit (we never lost power thank God) so I thought nothing of it. My crappy site itself has been going down a lot (two times so far) itself..

Oh God, my Futurama sites!!! TFP's back up and running now though  ;) No need worrying there...unless you feel like worrying. In answer to your question Commie, yes, I'm ok, just a bit hot, even though I've got air conditioning at the moment, it got to 82 degrees in my house yesterday..  sucked, since I've got only a plug in computer, not a laptop.

I am using my new laptop... also... you think 82 is hot? or are you talking about in your house.... also.. what part of Texas do you live in... near El Paso.... most likely not because that is on the Mexican border... but it sounds cool.....

Naw, El Paso (no offense to anyone who lives there) sucks. Rattlesnakes everywhere and desert all around. In my house it was 82, outside it was hotter than that.. It wasn't the funnest, but it's not like I was running around a lot so I lived  ;) I live closer to the Galveston area.

Nope, and I only suffered 70 mph of wind!  :D  :laff: [Flexo] Naw, I'm just kidding you're great. [/Flexo] Anywho, only a tree in my vack yard fell, but damaged nothing since it was in the middle of nowhere. (sorry to ya'll who hate me being a tad off topic) TFP's a really awesome site though, and it works for me, so if it still doesn't for you than Iunno what computer you have that wangs that much..

I really have problems updating the site because my computer is broken (that's where I have all the content). I hope I can update tonight, but I'm not sure. My old computer has nothing of the site, so I can not do anything right now.

I guess I'll have to say this over here...
The site was moved to another server (same host), but in the process the PHP files where damaged in some weird way, changing to any part of the code like this: "", to this: "javier" (I dunno why my name is there.

Also, many of the images (thumbnails and real images) from all the sections (wallpapers, fanart, scans, 3d, and maybe more) were damaged. I've checked only the thumbnails of the 3D and Wallpapers sections, but not the big images. If someone can check any section (thumbs and imgs) and please let me know the images that are broken (number, and resolution in case of the wallpapers), I'd be great.

That's all I have checked for the moment... I hope nothing else is damaged :S

Ok. I'll go and check. Sorry to hear about your loss on that half of things...

Edit: Ok, Fantart... Beamer's art, well, some of it, is messed up... especially on the last page... At least one on every page is screwed up... thubnails are mostly alright in Beamer's fanart though.. On my thread, all thumbnails survived, except my Mario, Kif and Beelzebot pics. The large images are all screwed up of the TNs. I think your whole site will [suckily] need a lot of work to get back to it's former state..     :hmpf: Furthermore, checking a wallpaper, it loaded about halfway and turned into a giant "x" box... no pun intended. the Fat Bender pic on the last page got messed up too, but Kazzie's survived. I'll try to look into it further  :)

Mine is slow as a turtle... Goes at it's own pace really. Varies day to day. O.o;; I've got really great dragon art, BTW JavieR, so when you get everything sorted out, you can add it if you'd like. I've even attracted a lot of attention from it. That's actually a first people eyeing my work with such high stature like that.

Bump!

...There you go, the brand new TFP design. Made exactly after 7 years since the site opened...

Please, if you find any problems with the design, or PHP errors/bugs, please let me know.

I'll also like to ask anyone that is not using Firefox or IE6, or that is not using WindowsXP, to check out the new design to see if any problems appear.

Finally, any comments or suggestions are welcome    :)

Wow, I really like the layout. Seeing as how the old layout that was green and stuff was the only one I'd ever known, it'll take getting used to. Love the retro theme!  I had no problems in viewing anything. Keep up the awesomeness JavieR.  :D

TFP IS OFFLINE

when you go to the main site, www.killbots.com, you'll find this:

Account Suspended
Account has gone over its plan limit or has an outstanding balance.

I've uploaded a TFPe (e = emergency) here:
tfp.phpnet.us

...but you'll not find content here... if the problem continues I'll update there until I can find a better solution.

Btw, does anyone happen to know why TFH is down lately?

Thanks for the support winna... like I said in the emergency site, the killbots.com account was suspended because someone has been using it to send Nigerian spam. I still have no answer from evan, that gave me that hosting a long time ago.

TFH was not updated for about six months or maybe more... so the hosting has ended by now I think...  :hmpf:

The PEELers FAQ (which is hosted on TFH) is still available, so not sure what's happening with TFH. Maybe aslate just took down the frontpage for some reason. Sadly he blocked the Archive from storing the website, so I don't know any of the sub-URLs to check that theory. But with the lack of updates, I suspect he might just have lost interest.

Good to see TFP up again. With all the websites dying (ironically just as the show come back), almost all the German and Russian ones are gone, I feared the worst.

TFP is Back Online!!!

The subdomain tfp.killbots.com is working once again. Apparently the Contact Form was causing the whole problem, but is now getting fixed.
