Fry and Leela are exploring the internet when they come across an ad for Planet Express Employee Lounge. "If this is a Planet Express website, how come we've never heard of it?" Fry asks. They click on the ad and are transported to the ancient, deserted website. "Fan Art and Fiction" Leela reads out loud, "What does that have to do with Planet Express?". They enter the fanart section. Almost immediately Leela spots a rather disturbing picture of herself drawn by someone by the name of "coldangel_1". "Oh.. my.. god!" she says, "Wait... this says it was drawn in 2006. That's almost a thousand years before I was even born! How is that possible?". Meanwhile, Fry has spotted a door leading to the uncensored version of the picture that has distracted Leela from watching him. He notices that she is not looking and decides to go through the door. THE END!

You _are_ over-reacting. It's a partial nude, it's not the end of civilisation. Yes, a nude drawing or image can of course be pure titillation, but it can also be part of a story, the best way to express a really cool idea, an artistic musing, or almost anything else.

A hammer can be a weapon, but it can also be a damn good way to drive a nail into a wall to hold up a picture!

They're just pictures, friend. A naked person is not disgusting. They _can_ be inappropriately placed though, you're right; but with the self-censorship coldangel's subjected his art to, there is nothing on display in this thread that hasn't been seen on the show at some point.

edit – I notice that you're triple posting, you've drawn a picture and written a short scene to try to justify your opinions by referencing our community characters, quickly polished coldangel's ego by proxy, and even included your own art in the person-you've-just-criticised's thread (!!!). Are you _very_ nervous about coldangel's reaction to you? Worried he might say something nasty back to you?        For what it's worth, I'm sure he's big enough and ugly enough (...look, it's a figure of speech, ok?!        ) to deal with it without getting that big sharp sword he so often talks about off the wall and going head hunting. I mean, he doesn’t even know where you live… right?!       

That said, if you call someone's labour of love 'EWWWWWW!!!!', 'how can you draw that', and imply they'll go to (robot!) hell... who's fault is it if they change their opinion of you? You can criticise someone's work without being kind of a jerk about it   

Marcus and Coldangel (i'm talking to both of you at the same time so it might be kinda confusing but you get the point): i know... i said the pix were really good it's just that you should probably put a link instead or something, or at least make bigger smilies... and i was bored and had nothing better to do... and if i get an idea for a drawing i have to draw it... i just thought it would be interesting to see what leela's reaction to that pic might be... also, i had a dr. pepper before noon today and anyone who know me should know that that makes me hyper, impulsive, and ... well actually i'm always like that but... um... i forgot what i was talking about... anyway, the point is, i don't really care that you drew that... i'm just saying that i could never draw that. and "imply they'll go to (robot!) hell" spleesh! can't you take a freakin joke? you obviously are unaware of the fact that i add quotes that seem appropriate to whatever subject i'm talking about... anywho... yea, so you obviously interperted my message wrong... i just mean that i could never draw something like that, and it just kinda freaks me out to just see that without warning, ya know? but if you weren't so negetive you would have realized that i did say that the pix are really good and that coldangel is the best artist on peel... and (to marcus specifically) YOU'RE A HIPOCRIT! to say that I'M overreacting but then write something at least twice as long as what i wrote! and also... you try keeping your sanity after eating a pound of sugar before 9am! okay... i think i'm done being crazy... for now at least... Aw, some people get uptight for no reason.  The human body is a magnificant piece of work and nudity is no big deal.  I've seen more skin at Myrtle Beach, South Carolina than Coldy showed with his pics. 

I just wish I had the artistic ability to do justice to the human body like Marcus and Coldangel.

BTW, I'm the pervert who introduced Coldy to the website that celebrates the beauty that is Leela's unclothed body.
