Nice lighting, and that sword hilt looks great, although having real people in the background looks a bit weird.

I've saved the layered version of Fry, so I may  play around with various backgrounds.
The transparent bar person is just sombody moving faster than the exposure.

Hmmm...a pyrate version of Nurdy is an interesting idea...I'll have to keep it in mind.
The bar wherein Fry is resting on his laurels is
a place in Williamsburg, Brooklyn named Galapagos. (with a touch of plasma conduit from the Spacequest Bar in Las Vegas thrown in for good measure)
