So it's taking a lot longer than I thought to get this thing worked out. I know you lot tend to post your fics as you write but I can't do that, I like to go back and fiddle with bits near the start to make them fit the ending better. Anyway I'm up to 50 pages and... yeah, I'll be done in, lets see, about two weeks from today if all goes well. I think. If I'm not you can have a free shot at me. My wife will supply the ammunition.

If you're that desperate for a fix I have an early draft lurking around the intarwebbing. I wouldn't recommend reading it, though, since it has a lot of false leads written into the notes.
