I've started brainstorming my next story. In the upcoming year you can expect at least two more scripts, including an "Anthology of Interest A" (1GOP03) (guaranteed to contain 33% more shippiness than my regular scripts) and an as-yet-untitled Bender story (1GOP04)

Haven't been working on more futurama scripts lately; I'm feeling short on inspiration, when I try nothing is coming out well. As a result I'm putting them aside for a while and working on an original story. Not a fanscript, so it's not in my thread here. Instead it's in off-topic, in ""For the writers out there...". Sci-fi comedy at it's finest, check it out!

There's a fair to good chance I'll be able to post Episode Five sometime next week. I just need to tidy it up and convert it to a PEEL-friendly format.

one thing's certain though, it's going to be big! I have 2 good plot lines twisting into it somehow, along woth a few minor sub stories

Here's my list of favorite fanfics:

I am thinking of making my fanfic debut soon. I have finished very little, but school starts soon, so I have been trying to push myself to finish the first draft before I get too busy. The problem is I only do two pages a day before I go all ADD and throw shit at cars, so I figured maybe giving a release date for it would motivate me to write this . . . , and not throw shit at cars. Given how busy I will be I will be generous and give my self until October 2nd, since I know I will only get in a few manhours on this.

WORKING TITLE: Badvertising (a.k.a. Soda Pop Culture)
RELEASE DATE: Oct. 2nd, 2006
PLOT DESCRIPTION:

Spoilers ahead! Highlight to read.

In this adventure, after the Planet Express Crew ends up heroicly saving Earth, they are sponsered by Slurm, boosting their popularity and sales. But good turns to bad when Slurm's rival soda company, Jammin' Soda, makes a deal with the postal service, which turns into an advertising smear campaign. It is an exciting look into the world of advertising(I struggle to type that), and hopefully I will put my lazyness behind me to finish this script.

EXCERPT(Contains Spoilers):

EXT. SPACE, OUR SOLAR SYSTEM - SPACE LIGHTING

[All is calm out in space until it is slowly revealed there is a battle of epic proportions going on. Leading the charge against the alien force, The Nimbus, and among the fleet, Planet Express Ship. Hundreds of ships on both sides of the of the battle are being destroyed. A big, floating, electric sign says, “TONIGHT: Huge Space Battle, AFTERWARDS: Mandatory clean up.]

INT. PLANET EXPRESS SHIP - RED “COMBAT” LIGHT

[LEELA is piloting the ship, while BENDER and FRY sit at their respective sides of the ship, working away at the control panels.]

FRY: Captain, we’re being hailed. It’s Zapp Branigan.

LEELA: (Sighs) Send it through.

[A small monitor displays ZAPP’s face. He is licking his lips.]

BRANIGAN: Hello, Leela.

[ZAPP winks at LEELA.]

LEELA(Dismade): What is it?

BRANIGAN: We have a new battle plan. All forces are going to charge the central ventilation shaft like a lovemaster penetrating his love slave. Transmission out.

LEELA: Why does he have to use a sexual metaphor for all his battle plans? Well, you heard what the oaf said.

BENDER: But captain, our scanners show it is the most heavily guarded part of the ship.

EXT. SPACE, ALIEN MOTHERSHIP

[Many of the ships charging the central ventilation shaft are obliterated within seconds of coming close to it.]

INT. PLANET EXPRESS SHIP - RED “COMBAT” LIGHT

LEELA: Well, this is stupid.

[LEELA maneuvers the ship away from the central ventilation shaft, and to the left of the alienship mothership, where she faces a metal plate on the side of th ship that reads, “UNDER CONSTRUCTION.” They blast away the plate, and enter the mothership at full speed.]

INT. ALIEN MOTHERSHIP - LIGHT

ALIEN #1: Damn, they found our one weakness.

ALIEN #2: I told you we should have used stronger and more discrete materials.

ALIEN #1: Well, I didn’t see you offering to take the cost out of your paycheck.

I hope you enjoyed it, and this is far from the best part of the script, just it being at the beginning and all made it a very understandable excerpt. Hopefully, I can complete it by the deadline.

LEELA: Well actually…

PROF: Shutup! I’m the one talking here! Now be careful you imbeciles, this mission is very dangerous, you will battle dragons and witches and atomic supermen! Your destiny awaits, off you go!

Well, I'll post it up in parts. Since Act I is almost completed, I'll post it up in a few days. I just want to check my copy of 'Infinity Welcomes Careful Drivers' to make sure there's not anything else I want to parody. I'm working on Act II now. Currently on a courtroom scene. Having a lot of fun with that, I am.

Title? I don't know. But the premise is this: the crew is sent out on a mission yet again but gets trapped in a freak time tearing accident. Meanwhile on Earth, a race of aliens has begun to immigrate all over the world, creating major economic and medical problems. Bender, Fry, and Leela get out of the time tear they've been stuck in, realizing their ship is damaged and they can't finish the mission. As it turns out the planet they were going to doesn't even exist anymore. When they return to earth, they are shocked to find that 20 years have past. The professor is now a brain in a jar, Amy is a widower with a vengence, Hermes is old, and Zoidberg hasn't aged. Neither has Fry, Leela, and Bender. But because of the alien invasion, the world is a much more corrupted and horrible place, with fewer inhabitants. Fry and Leela meet two kids, a teenage girl with a patch over her eye named Ren (no refrence to Ren and Stempy), and her brother, a younger boy named Evan. Here's the twist..........

As it turns out the future Fry, Leela, and Bender are all dead. So yadda-yadda stuff happens that I really don't know about and the world is saved the end. Here's just one line in my head that I'd like to post.

Leela noted that behind Ren's violet-red hair, was a thick black patch covering her right eye. She found it funny how her own daughter would have one eye like her.
Leela asked, "Bender poke it out with a fork?"
Ren shook her head, "No, my eye is defected. It's small, greenish, mutanty, because I'm half mutant."
Leela gasped awkwardly, "So you're a mutant too? Wow I didn't think that gene of mine would really pass on."
"Well it did and I am." Ren replied, slightly frowning.
Leela sighed, "I'm sorry Ren. I understand how it's like growing up being an outcast because I was different than everything else."
Ren recognized that as her mother's voice. She smiled for a moment but shortly added, "And I didn't appreciate you making me dress up as a pirate for Halloween until I was 11 either."

Speaking of Halloween, I've started posting a story that happens on that fateful night. First part is up, and I've set myself a deadline; the actual night of halloween! (dundundun) ... which is also, funnily enough, my birthday, so be nice

Also after that, there is a fanscript that's taken me so long to do, but hopefully that will be alright.
The title's 'A Muscle Of Weight Proportion.' and it's somewhat similar to 'Parasites' but will hopefully have a happier ending.

More...? Of Course! A gigantic triology is currently in the making, and I'm going to illustrate it as well... in fact, I've already posted a picture I will use somewhere in this forum. If you can guess, there's cookies up for grabs
