Okay... sorry about that. How about Hermes addressing a problem... like as a cost cutting measure, Zoidberg isn't allowed to buy new syringe needles and disinfectant/sterilising liquid? Or that Bender making Fry act like a naked mime on the street outside the building is driving away business?

"The Price is Wong"

Amy's parents turn over control of their assests to her, in order to instill responsability in her.  The parents take off on a vacation, leaving Amy saddled with both the economy of most of mars, and her job at planet express hanging in the balance.  She gives her orders to rich salary men at PE headquaters, while draining fluid from the ship.  Mom attemps a corperate takeover of mars, and it up to Amy and the PE crew to stop her.

The professor invents a device that allows the crew to deliver packages over the internet. Instead of using the internet suits, they are uploaded into the internet. While in the internet, a virus takes it over and destroys Fry, Leela and Bender's only way back to the real world!  They join some internet nerds to destroy the virus so they can return home.

How does that sound? I wrote the beginning of it but I don't know if anyone would be interested in it. Also, I can't think of a title.

ok, so i'd write this myself, but i suck. but, anyway...

I've got a quote i really wanna use, but i couldn't think of a story for it, so i'm posting it here. k, here it is:
Leela rushes into the meeting room, dragging someone behind her. (we can't see who it is)
"Everyone, I have an announcement!!" smiles Leela.
"Vel hurry up, i vas about to have lunch!" grummbles Zoidberg.
"Fry and I... we're getting married!!" she squiels, holding out her ring.
"WE ARE?!" yells Fry, looking up from his 'nap' on the table.
"Fry?!" yells Leela. "You, what, huh?" she stutters as the other Fry steps into the room. Both Fry's stare at each other, mouths open.
"Congratulations!" says Zoidberg. "We'll celebrate over lunch. You buy," he says, pointing to Fry. (aah, but which one?)

so that's what you'll be working with. I want it to be Fry/Leela shippy. I don't know anyone here, but I'm hoping someone will pick it up. anyone can do it. And if there's more than one person who wants to do it, that's fine, as long as your stories are diffrent. thx. cya

Y'know what? I'm really drunk, and it's a two week off uni sesion, so I might just write up a fan fic for fun. It involes the DOOP foreign legion, some bat-aliens, a nucler powered monster, incredibly depressed Fry, fatalistic legionaire, Leela dating an absolutely perfect guy (in my own incredible esteem, as a rather striaght 19y/o male, who's vision is a little wobbly reight now), and soem other stuff.
Yes this threads a dumping ground for ideas one won't use, and I'd like to do this, but chances are I'm too damn lazy/drunk to boteher... but who knows... I get impulses sometimes...

That sounds pretty good if they didn't team up with nerds, more observed them as they descended into nerdy panic.

I would call it "password protected". Because I'm shit at names.

This is actually on another thread but I won't have time to right it so i thought this would be a better place for it.

Mom wants revenge on the Planet Express and Professor Fansworth for ruining all her plans etc. and when she finds out the Professor has a clone she begins to plot. She clones herself so the clone my trick young Cubert into giving her vital infomation about Planet Express. Roxanne , her clone, quickly becomes Mom's favorite and is promised the position of BOSS at the Planet Express. She also quickly develops a dislike for Mom's sons.
At first Mom wants to simply takeover Planet Express and leave the crew unemployed and broke however when she discovers Cuberts position is the Professors heir she is angered that Her and Fansworths son Ignar was not chosen as his heir.
And so her plans change and grow more extreme as she begins to plot to kill both the Professor and Cubert so Ignar can take the Planet Express.
But Roxanne is offended and feels she has been disceived that she will not get Planet Express. She takes Cubert and Ignar hostage and demands to be made head of Mom co. and Planet Express.

Actually, it was just me thinking about whether I know enough about science/maths to make jokes about them.

How about a fanfic where the Planet Express crew find out about some hidden treasure?  Then Mom and her Sons find out about it, as does Amy's Parents, Lrrr, Zapp and Kiff, and Wernstrum as well!   Then everyone gets into hilarious mishaps while trying to find the hidden teasure!  It's a race to the finish!  Whoever gets to it first, gets to keep it! 

Or how about another idea similar to that, but it can be everyone I mentioned in a spaceship race against each other to go to the edge of the universe and back? 

Let me know what you think of these ideas!  I'm open to comments and criticisms!

the treasure one reminds me of a crsppy cartoon crossover with yogy bear and the jetsons etc. but sound good, and the race one could be wacky races style!

My thoughts exactly!  It could be like It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World, Rat Race, and The Gumball Rally!  All three movie are great, BTW!

Bump! I am not going to use this on the thought that it sounds stupid and (probably) has already been taken. PE needs money (think of your own reason) and Bender resorts to selling illegal drugs to get the money. Although, he eventually gets hooked on the stuff.

im thinking of writing a fan fiction
it is called spider fry
when the crew make a delivery to a planet inhabeted by spiders fry is bitten and he becomes spider man! he slowly starts to bring justice to NNY while keeping his identity secret from evreyone but when a D.O.O.P experiment goes wrong zapp brannigan
becomes the green goblin and kidnaps leela now its up to fry to save leela and take down zapp!
NOTES
.this fic is set after TDHAIPT
.fry and leela are not together
.it will be a fry and leela shipper
I am also thinking of writing a futurama/deus ex fic
