Its been tossed around the board often enough, which futurama voices PEELers can immitate pretty good. People have said, we should post them.

No one ever did, so I thought I'd take the plunge and bare my rough impressions of Zapp and Kif and Zoidberg. I wasnt too keen on the zoidberg impression, but my friends said I should post it too, so here goes.

They are each about 250kb, 96kbps MP3, enjoy / praise / criticise.

Please feel free to post your best impressions, I dont wanna be the only one making a fool of himself!

Your Kif is good and your Zapp is passable, but I'm afraid your Zoidberg sucks as much as mine.

zoidburg is a hard character to impersonate. easy with text, but very hard in real life speaking.

I think I have the "decapodian" sound for my zoidberg impression, but not his voice, wrong pitch etc.

Come on people record your impressions...

As said before the Zapp/Kiff impression is excelent.
The Zoidy one's not that good....

Even if I had only a tiny bit of talent to imitate one of the futuramas I certainly wouldn't post it here   :D

Well I confess, I do have a few other MINOR voice credits to my name, mainly for computer games / computer game mods.

I am the 3,2,1- go announcer on the Halflife Mod, Halflife rally.

On a now dead and burried, and very incomplete at the time, Black and White Mod, I was the Dark Advisor (I do a very poor impersonation of the White Advisor)

and on a freeware Real Time Strategy game currently indevelopment, from the creator of halflife rally, I do most of the units voices in his alpha.

Hey you all heard how crap my zoidberg impression was, this was meant to be fun, everyone should have a try!

Who cares if people laugh or are critical of them, its all good fun!

The Zapp and Kif one was great (especially Kif, that just blew me away), but I don't think your Zoidberg impression was anywhere near the right pitch.

Personally, I'd love to hear someone here attempt a Farnsworth impression. "Good news, everyone!"  :)

Your Zapp was....pretty passable (needs work on the extra vowel at the end of each sentence-a)
Your Kif was....really good! Liked the *sigh* a lot  :)
Your Zoidberg was....well...not as good. It reminds me of someone, a cartoon character I think, but I can't put my finger on it! Probably some kiddies cartoon in the UK.


Also, I thought my Zapp was really pretty good until I tried it into my mic, it sucks like an electrolux. Nowhere to put my impressions on the net anyway.

haha funny funny...after a bunch of trial and error i realized i dont sound anything like leela, amy, morgan, michelle, or any other woman on futurama (i can almost do "you dirty, dirty boy!" but feh)....so i played around with the whisper that leela said to fry after the sting..."Leela: you could realy use a shower, Fry: you too" and since it was a whisper i almost pulled it off...what do u think? i just added in what fry said on the end...i left that to the magnificant billy west.

Nice work Gwen, and thanks for the feedback people.
I can do others like the Santa Bot and Richard Nixon and a not too shaby Fry, probably better than my Zoidberg impression, but probably not by much.

I dont have a lot of time right now, but if I get a chance I **might** record them and post.

Your Kif is very good, Zapp is pretty good.

I have always been very, very good at impressions due to the fact that making fun of commercials is my hobby when I'm really, really bored.  I can do Zoidberg pretty good, and sometimes Leela.  And my friends say I'm excellent at Amy.   I suck at Fry and Bender.  Can anyone do them?  I can't put my voices up, cause I have no idea how.
