Topic: rough draft studios logo in garbage ball episode?

i was listening to the commentary track on the garbage ball episode, and when the professor bring up his napkin with the smell-o-scope on it, david x cohen says that the coffee stain on the napkin looks like the rough draft logo and the animators agree, i looked at rough drafts website, and i dont see a logo that looks anything like that...

I haven't heard the commentary, but I'm going to go out on a limb here and guess that it was just a joke about how a lot of logos look like coffee stains.

Like how one of those things at the end for the curiosity company was a reflection of a surfboard or something.

Actually I think it was a surfboard in SP3000 and is something else in every other episode.

While the Professor is pointing to the small dark tear-drop shaped object closest to the top right corner when he says "The odor travels past this coffee stain here." the people on the commentary don't appear to be listening particularly attentively to the to the audio at that moment. The following dialog seems to stem more from the picture of the napkin than from the Professor's speech.David Cohen: Hey, Rich Moore or Suzy Dietter, why does that coffee stain look so familiar to me?
Susan Dietter: [ironic] Oooh, I don't know...[/ironic]
Rich Moore: Would that be...
RM & SD: ... the Rough Draft logo?
DC: Ahh, its the logo of our animation studio, Rough Draft. Snuck into that napkin.
John DiMaggio: [skeptical] The coffee stain?
SD: Yeah.
JD: Kinda... thing. [/skeptical]
DC: They couldn't afford a real logo. My guess is that they're actually talking about the thickish arc with a blob in it (kind of like a ribbon with a medal on it) that encloses the top right corner of the napkin. There has been plenty of time since the commentary was recorded (let alone since the episode was made) for Rough Draft to have changed their logo. Note also that the logo shown in the wikipedia entry for Rough Draft Studios (Rds_logo_o.gif) is no longer the one that you see on the Rough Draft web site. ------------------
