I'm looking at having everything done and put together by the weekend.I know... I know... I said mid february, and it's looking like late march.... I plan on going all out though, and it should be worth the wait. Hopefully others will agree when they see the final outcome. In other words, your council is not just handing out some list with the winners; this is going to be a real (sort of) awards ceremony.  Oh... and any council members that read this and haven't finished their dealies... this is the somewhat deadline.
