For those who don't regularly visit my site I have posted the link to the cover image to Futurama Comics 19.  This is the last part of the Time Bender Trilogy and judging by the cover looks to be super-duper cool!!
Check, check, check, check it out:

Wow I didn't know that was your site! I go there all the time! Anyway that is an awesome cover for #19. Way better than # 18's.

Both of the covers look really awesome!  In issue #19, it looks like Fry's going to get captured by Lrrr.  I can't wait for both.  Even though I'll probably get issue #18 at the end of August,  In the way my local book store works.

Here's the official description; it doesn't say much that we don't already know:

Fry is caught in the midst of an interplanetary war, Leela has angered the gods in Ancient Greece, Bender is on trial in Salem, Mass., and the Planet Express crew along with Earth’s entire population have been transported back to the Age of Dinosaurs.  Will the world ever get back to normal, or is everyone totally boned? Find out in the exciting, time-bending conclusion of Bongo’s biggest and best ever “thrill”-ogy! The end is near this September!

I beileve the actual date is September 22nd. I think so anyway. Maybe I misinterpreted the 22nd on CGEF...

Issue #19 won't be coming to my book store until next week or so.  I got Futurama Adventures while I was in Nashville!  It's awesome!

Whoops. It was actually issue 18 that came in August.

19 will be here in October.

@leelaholic- Will that be the last week of October?  or the first?  I remember last year, issue 15 came out in early or mid October.

I hope they don't rush the plot in this last part, there's four stories that need to be concluded.

Well, I read it.  But it's kind of hard to comment on it when the actual writer might be reading what I say....

I got Issue #19 yesterday, and I'm a bit disappointed. It's my least fave of the quadrilogy, infact I think the best comic is the set-up one; Issue #16. Each comic after has got slightly worse. The script in this one, I felt was weak in the most part. It started out well, then got a bit boring in the middle (especially the Leela story). It then picked up the pace towards the end, when Bender showed up. I think they should have concentrated more on the conclusion, and less on Fry and Leela's individual stories. The art looked quite rushed too, but it was passable.

Not the most satisfying conclusion, but acceptable as Lurr would say. Personally I'm much more of a fan of when Futurama’s in the future, than in the past, which might be partly why I didn't enjoy this story arc quite as much. It's still a good issue, and a good Futurama fix though. Not that funny either, but there were a couple of chuckles (I loved the reality TV joke). Also, I like the cover art on this one much more than on the last. Pity there's no more Futurama Comics until next year though...

Don't worry about me. I came on here to answer some questions in the past but this is your board to talk Futurama and if I'm getting in the way of that I'll get lost. Seriously, you're not going to hurt my feelings if you didn't dig the story so go to town!

@Ian Boothby- I have a question then about issue 19, if Fry, Leela and Bender are stuck in WWI time, why would there be a museum displaying Giligan's Island?  I know that the timeline had been screwed up, but how do you explain that?

Also welcome to PEEL, you aren't going to visit the fanfic section, are you?  A while back you said you aren't allowed to read fans' stories, because of fear of being influenced and "borrowing" other people's ideas.

Just one thing, I read at the back of Issue #19 that someone wrote in asking if there'd ever be an Anthology of Interest Comic. I think this is a great idea, and hope to see this one day...

Also, are the next Futurama Comics gonna be the crossover's with The Simpsons again, or is there gonna be some stand alone Futurama Comics first?...

There have been Futurama Comics based on unused Anthology of Interest stories, I know. However, I'm referring to one singular issue, with three seperate short stories within it, each asked to the "What If" machine. There hasn't ever been one of those. And I must have forgot someone asked the same question in issue #13, but the fact it was asked in issue #19 as well proves there's demand for it, and the fans want it...

#19 was okay but I wish they had of made the dinosaur bit at the end longer. Oh well...
In the whole trilogy I rate it a 9.
I am also mighty interested in that AOI comic idea. That or a "The Adventures Of Zapp Brannigan" comic.

I want it! Waaaa! Too bad I'll have to wait till December to get my copy  :(

They don't sell it on Amazon.co.jp and if I order it from the U.S. the price would be jacked up too high and the comic itself might be damaged. Oh, well. At least I can get my paws on Futurama Adventures.

I still haven't gotten issue 18, damnit! The local comic book stores are so inconsistant with their stock. They got issues 17 and 19, but not issue 18. I have 19, but I'm not reading it until I get 18.
