If you could only watch one Futurama DVD disc for the rest of your life, which one would it be?

I'd have to go with Disc 1 of Volume 3.  It has 3 of my 10 favorite episodes (Luck of the Fryish, Amazon Women in the Mood and Parasites Lost), two solid episodes (The Birdbot of Ice-Catraz, and The Tale of Two Santas), plus one decent one (Bendless Love)

I'd wait for the whole lot to come out on Sony's Blueray technology.

But in a funny kind of reality it would probably be the same disk you would choose.

Disc 4 of Season 4, perhaps. It's got three of my all time favourites, and one pretty good one (Spanish Fry). But that means I don't get The Sting or WNFHGB. Ack!

I'd say volume 3, disc 2 also. I love TDTESS and CHR. "Where the Buggalo Roam" is one of my faves, cause in my opinion, it's the best episode featuring my Kifee!

Well, my favorite episode (that I currently own) is "Parasites Lost," but overall, that disc isn't that remarkable. (And I didn't like AWITM, either!)  :p

Waa!  Zeep's stealing my thoughts!  I'd pick the same disc, for the same reason!

I'm not sure how the episodes are divided up in the season 4 set. But right now I have to go with disc one of season 3. Five great episodes, and Bendless Love ain't bad either.

Normally, I'd say disc one of season 3, as well.  But Bendless Love, I dunno...

Eh, screw it.  My two favorite episodes on one disc?  Bendless Love?  To quote the commentators, "NOBODY CAAAAAAAAARES!"

Honorable mentions: Disc 3 Season 1, and Disc 2 Season 2.

I'd go with Volume 2 Disc 3
How Hermes Requisitioned His Groove Back
Bender Gets Made
The Problem with Popplers
The Deep South
Mother's Day

There's no real blockbuster episodes in it, but all of them are solid, funny episodes IMO.

I'd probably go with the first disc of Season 2. There's multiple classics on it, if you ask me.

I'd go with Series 2 Disc 3 just so I can watch HHRHGB.

I'd say Disc 1 of season 3 like a few of the others. All awsome episodes, except Bendless Love of course.

Volume 3 Disc 4, Roswell That Ends Well is the best, plus The 30% Iron Chef, Future Stock, Godfellas, and Anthology Of Interest II.  All great episodes.

I think Volume 3 Disc 1 would satisfy my needs for Futurama for the rest of my life. Just the sheer greatness of all those episodes on just ONE disc is great. I could watch Luck of the Fryrish, Amazon Women, and Parasites lost over and over and never get bored.

Season 3, disc 4.

Two of the very best episodes ever back-to-back: "Roswell That Ends Well" and "Godfellas". AOI II is another strong argument. "The 30% Iron Chef" is a solid ep, while "Future Stock" ransk average. No real clunkers and a bonus commentary, sign me up!

Season 3, disc 1 and Season 4, dic 2 is right on it's tail though.

Ooops, sorry. Forgot you region 1'ers don't have season 4.  :p

Actually, I'd just like to say that if I could only have one disc, I'd probably go insane, knowing there are more out there.

I only own R1 seasons 1-3, and out of those I would have to say that I would want disc 3 of volume three. It has two of my favorite episodes ("Bendin' in the Wind" and "Time Keeps on Slippin'" ) as well as the best commentaries of all of the other discs.

Disc 1, Season 1

Then I'd burn all your discs...
