I believe that #16 is out today, assuming it's not been delayed again. Go out and grab a copy before they're all gone. I'm going to try the Forbiden Planet Megastore later. I've got the last few issues from there, but I'm not sure if #16 will be available here in the UK on release day. Anyway it's worth a try.

Well, I picked it up from Forbidden Planet this afternoon. I've read it, and I can honestly say that it is one of, if not THE best issues ever. James Lloyds art work is flawless as usual and the script is laugh out loud funny. Atleast I did, I got some strange looks from people on the tube (or "SUBWAY" for you Americans). Issue 16 is packed with movie and sci-fi references. Ranging from Back to the Future (it's subtle, but it's there if you look hard at the background), Harry Potter, The Breakfast Club (so once again, an issue with more than one Bender), Logans Run and probably many others. This issue really is totally perfect, better than perfect if the next issue was out sooner (cliffhanger warning!).
Anyway, Futurama #16 gets the official M Jackson......THUMBS UP! 10/10, 100%....etc

The Forbidden Planet Megastore had atleast 30 issues on the shelf today. So there should be issues available to Londoners for a while. Although.........I believe that the population of London has recently surpased 30! HURRY YOU GUYS! THERE WON'T BE ENOUGH TO GO AROUND! Oh, and once again, I have to say #16 is a really great issue.

Maaan, you should have bought all 30 copies, then everyone would be gagging to get them, and you could sell them on UK eBay for extortionate prices...
I saw the US Futurama Comic Issue #6 sell for £11 on the UK eBay yesterday, seriously...

Originally posted by Venus: i called Comics Colluseum today and asked if they had it in. And to my shock and dismay they had completely sold out in the 4 hours they had been open. But the nice phone guy said he would make some calls and see if he could get me a copy from one of the other Comic Colluseums. So hopefully that will pan out. Some comic book stores will set up subscriptions for you and hold the comic(s) you subscribe to. If you do that, not only will there be a guaranteed copy for you, they might start ordering more copies overall. Anyway, #16 was okay, not the best but okay. (It did have some good jokes, especially the one about the thermometer.) And does this mean that Cubert is going to be a major character in the upcoming multi-part storyline? That might not be a good thing.

You can try bookstores like Borders; I think they sometimes have comics sections, but they're probably behind the comic book stores.

Would this comic be in Australian comic stores yet? I don't know how long it takes them to import it, and I want to make sure I don't make a wasted trip into the city.

Live dangerously! Be wild!
If they don't have your comic, atleast you'll get some "fresh" city air.

The new issue of the British Futurama Comics came out today. I picked it up. Although it's the 9th issue, it features the comic strip from the US comics issue 4. It's not much different obviously, just twice the original size, and with different letters, and competitions and stuff. Oh and a free Leela and Amy poster.
Anyway, just letting you know.

I got it today. Now I have it three times, in the UK and US editions, and in Futurama-O-Rama!...

A wizard did it.
No realy................I don't know! I don't collect Simpson comics. But it's probably the same reason that the 5th US Futurama comic is the UK's 7th etc. They re-order them to make them more apropriate for the time of year. Which is why last month the UKs 8th issue was the Xmas comic that was originaly the US #6.
