My reviews:

Doug: When I first watched, I was scared of Roger. I'm kinda ashamed of it nowadays, but back when I was younger (4- about 9 or 10 years old) lots of things scared me: Cruela DeVile, Magica De Spell, Gremlins (from the Joe Dante films),Beetle Juice and Jack Skellington. I'm all over it by now. When I got older and less easily scared, I grew to love Doug. I even like the Disney episodes, though it took me a while to accept Doug's new voice.

Rugrats: When this show primiered, I was uninterested in it, but in 1994, I (and a [bleep] of a lot of other people) fell in love with the show in reruns, kinda like Gundam and Star Trek. In 1996, new episodes were produced, and even though they weren't as seminal as the originals, they pleased me. In 2001, I finally fell out of love with the Rugrats. Fairly OddParents started and became my new favorite Nicktoon. Also, the 10th ann. special "All Growed Up" aired. I missed it the first 2 times it aired and felt real bad. I saw it the 3rd time and didn't like it. I could tell that the internet reviewer's complaints that the Rugrats going downhill were true. To add insult to injury, or maybe more appropriately injury to insult, the special got the highest ratings of any show on Nick to date up until that time and they gonna make a spin-off based on the series.

More bad stuff happened to the Rugrats: the 3rd movie (a crossover with Wild Thornberries) was a wasted oppertunity, espcially considering how surprising good the Thornberrys' solo film was. The show just ended a month ago, though I missed. But it's not over yet for Rugrats: they're making spin-offs: The still-in-preproduction Preschool Daze with Angelica and Susie in preschool, and All Grown Up, which is far superior to the special it's based on and had Lauren tom guest-starring in a recent special ep.

Ren and Stimpy: I love Ren and Stimpy and always will. though when John K. got canned, I turned my interest over to Rugrats, Rocko and Real Monsters. but looking back, the Games eps. have their moments. I've seen little of APC, but it's decent. I recently met the show's creator, which I described in another that was shut down, but I'm not gonna talk abou that. Let's move on...

Rocko's Modern Life: I really like this show and looking back it's surprising how much they got away with.

Real Monsters: A favorite of mine. I got a some of the toys and have the SEGA Genesis game... somewhere....

Hey! Arnold: My mom prob'ly likes this more than I do! A good show, from Craig Bartlett, the brother-in-law of Matt Groening, no less. It had plans for a 2nd movie ("Jungle Movie" ) in which Arnold was at long last reunited with his parents and a spin-off ("The Patakis" ) about Helga and her family several years later, but Craig was forced to leave Nick since he was going make a cartoon for Cartoon Network called "Party Wagon". Kablam!: A good show, but kinda weird and disturbing at times (esp. Action League Now!: funny at heck sometimes, weird and disturbing at others). Interesting note: Angela Anaconda started off in this show.

Angry Beavers: A great show, that like Stimpy and Arnold, faced controversy, and like Arnold but unlike Stimpy ended as a result. A whole was left unaired. Why? For the answer go to http://www.rugratonline.com/beavers.htm

CatDog: This show is kinda funny, but goes pretty low on my list for being so mena-spirited towards it's main characters. at least a third of the eps. end with poor CatDog getting chased or beaten up or about to get beaten up. But the TV movie where CatDog search for their parents was good.

Oh Yeah!: Has good eps. and bad eps. "Thatta Boy" and the one where Hobart mets the Weedkeeper or whatever were hysterical. Gets high points for starting the Fairly OddParents.

The Wild Thornberrys: When it first started I found it boring and too serious, but some eps. (like the Halloween ones, "The Gift of Gab" and some others) were good and the TV movie "The Origin of Donnie" and the solo theatrical movie were good. Can't say the same for the Rugrats crossover movie "Rugrats Go Wild", though.

SpongeBob SquarePants: Pretty good show. I hear rumors on the internet that Nick will make new eps. without the creator. If that's true, I hope they're better than most of the Games-made Ren and Stimpy eps.

Rocket Power: Don't hurt me, but I like this show. Sure, the surfer-talk is kinda stupid, but it's funny at times, and at least it's not mean-sprited like CatDog is most of the time.

Pelswick: like this one.

As Told by Ginger: An okay show.

Fairly OddParents: I love this show. The Oh Yeah! shorts were decnts, but the regular eps. are great! Esp. the movies "Abra-Castrophe" and "Channel Chasers". Haven't the movie pilot for the Crash Nebula spin-off, but I bet it's good.

Invader Zim: I love this show, too. It's dark AND sweet simultaneously! I'm glad that media Blasters is releasing it on DVD.

Chalk Zone: Not very funny, but has cute, lovable characters and imagination, so it's good in my book.

Jimmy Neutron: It's okay. Pretty funny at times. And they did a crossover withe Fairly OddParents (which is called "Jimmy Timmy Power Hour" and is available on DVD for those interested) so they're okay.

My Life as Teenage Robot: Quickly becoming a favorite of mine. Like Chalk Zone, it's not all that funny, but characters are REALLY cute and the designs are great and artisic.

Danny Phantom: Also quickly becoming a favorite. Much like it's sibling the Fairly OddParents it has humor and character. Not all that good as an action, but as a comedy/character driven show it's great.

A lot of those shows are okay. I like Rocko's Modern Life, Ren and Stimpy, and the old Doug. The only ones I can't stand are Chalk Zone and CatDog. I have never seen Invader Zim. I missed out on that one.

Catdog's when it started going downhill. Doug, Angry Beavers and Real Monsters were among my favourites. Rugrats pissed me off but I appreciate the writing style.

Kinda unrelated but If anyone remembers Nickelodeon UK in its early days (93-95) with Malcolm Bird, Rick, Bert the Fish etc presenting, probably once heard my brother and his crazy inventions. He rang in all the time and did a crazy inventor bit. We still have some on tape, they're awesome

My opinions on each of the following:

Doug - I loved this show back when it was on Nickelodeon. One of my mix CDs even has Killer Tofu on it. I don't know if it had to do with being moved to another channel or what, but the junior high episodes lost some magic.

Rugrats - The first few seasons were not bad in my opinion. There were a few clunkers here and there, but it managed to be a pretty mischievous show. Then after a few years off or something like that, the show came back with brighter colors, a thicker outline, and a slew of shitty stories. Pass.

Ren and Stimpy - When I was about 7 years old, my parents didn't want me watching this show. I can kind of tell why. It's the kind of thing that would give me problems, even today. Not a fan, really.

Rocko's Modern Life - Why oh why did they cancel this show? Why would you ever cancel a show so random, so brilliant, a show where a storyline had golf balls being hit by pianos and getting a 7 stroke penalty. Great.

Ahh! Real Monsters - To me, another case of "Why did they cancel this show?". I can't remember a hell of a lot about it, but I do remember liking the one where Ickis had that clock that turned back time a lot.

Hey Arnold! - This show was good but it had one built in flaw: the voice acting. They used kids as voice actors, and while a couple have remained constant, they've had what, four Arnolds? That's ridiculous. I think in its later years, it got kind of chaotic, but it also took a more preachy path. Not really sure what to think of this show right now.

Kablam! - I can think of two words that began the downfall of this one. Racer Rabbit. They should have kept Sniz and Fondue, that was ages better. At least Prometheus and Bob was still around.

The Angry Beavers - While this show did have its fair share of random humor, I just don't like it. I don't like its execution. It's the kind of show that had good ideas, but was poorly written.

Wild Thornberries - I could go on for ages about how much I hate this show.

Oh Yeah Cartoons - Utter tripe.

Catdog - Probably the most hit or miss show in the history of television. It had a few great episodes like the one with the Geekers, but some of them were so terrible...I swear, if I ever see that episode where Cat and Dog have some joint dream that's like a 30's style movie again, I'll rip my hair out.

Spongebob Squarepants - The first season had some fine material(making the Krusty Krab explode by cooking too many Krabby Patties, the backwards music on going into Spongebob's house in Pickles), but after that, they started making Spongebob all gay and the humor became pretty predictable. Not a fan anymore.

Rocket Power - A cheap attempt to cash in on the "XTREAM SK8R FAD LOL!!!", no likeable characters, on a channel too low budget to show characters that can actually do tricks well. Horrible.

Pelswick - Strangely enough, I liked it. It had a certain intelligence that reminded me of a kids version of South Park. Especially the one with the boy band N'Talented...maybe it's because I'm a music nerd, but for some reason I really like that episode.

As Told By Ginger - *vomits for three consecutive hours* Worst show on television ever. Do we really need more junior high melodrama? My junior high years, while they did suck, were nothing even remotely like this utter crap, this vision of school being such a damn popularity contest all the time. Nobody gives a shit.

Invader Zim - The show that could have dug Nickelodeon out of the grave, but it went the way of Pelswick. Cancelled. Damn.

Fairly Oddparents - I will NOT watch a show with such forced, poorly written, poorly timed "humor". They seem to base an episode around one joke(which is mine!) and seem to say that same joke at a rate of about once every 15 seconds. *hears the sound of pots and pans crashing down the stairs*

Chalk Zone - While this is a very creative idea for a show here, it was done in too childish of a manner for my liking. It would have been better if it was on a different channel.

Jimmy Neutron - Formulatic, unoriginal, boring, even the animation can't save it.

I couldn't tell you about the last three, as I've never seen them.

I watched the first episode of CatDog on the day it premiered. It was awful. It was like watching the great channel that Nickelodeon once was turn to crap before my very eyes.

God I love Rocko, I'll still watch it whenever I can. Doug was okay too, I always hated Rugrats and Hey Arnold was okay. Heck, I got a few laughs from the Beavers.

Apart from Invader Zim, the modern Nicktoons irratate the shit out of me. We want amusing random entertainment with a good plot or great jokes we cry!

We'll give you an Annoying Anglo-American Family who host nature show with an equally annoying main character. And a few more seasons of Spongebob! they cry back.

I agree with you Nurdbot. The Wild Thornberries is probably THE worst show on Nickelodeon. Man, if I wanted to watch a nature show, I'd watch Animal Planet. Plus what were they thinking when they made Eliza the main character who speak to animals? Also

Fairly Odd Parents: I actually really like this program. I love the quick and sometimes subtle humour. You have to be quick to notice things sometimes. I love the animation style and the fantasy element to it, that literally anything can happen. Always makes for good viewing. One of my very favourite Nicktoons.

Hey Arnold: Great show, really like this and seen practically every episode, numerous times over. Good story lines, and funny in its own little way, though not laugh out loud funny. Its nice in a way that its dealing with things that can potentially happen in every day life to a young person growing up. Its relatable. Only thing I dislike is the oh so poor animation. Then animators need shooting, seriously. Especially some of the bakground shots. Very sloppy in places and visually messed up. Other than that, good show, I enjoy watching it.

The Angry Beavers: Haven't watched this in a while. I used to watch a lot of the old episodes, but find the new episodes aren't of the same quality. But the older ones were laugh out loud funny and the storylines were great. Dont watch it hardly ever these days, but really good show.

Doug: Seen every episode, some numerous times over. I like this show, but find it a bit repetative. The storylines are mediochre in places. Its a nice show, not a huge favourite and not laugh out loud funny. But I'll watch it if there isn't anything else on. Simple and neat animation. Visually nice to watch.

Rugrats and Its Spawn
I loathe all manner of "Rugrats". It was very cute in its - pardon - infancy, but these days I simply cannot stand it.

Ren and Stimpy
Fantastic in its Spumco days; the Commander Hoek and Cadet Stimpy episodes remain some of my most favorite cartoons to this day. After John K. was fired, it went swiftly and unfortunately downhill. Somewhat ironically, I'm decidedly not a fan of its recent "adult" incarnation.

Rocko's Modern Life
Brilliance. Quite possibly my favorite cartoon show of any. It was bright and colorful, the characters were all so distinct and different, it had hilarious dialogue and the gags...my god, the gags. There are things in "Rocko" that I cannot believe slipped past the Nickelodeon censors. An amazingly clever show; nothing has come close since.

Aaahh! Real Monsters
Leaned on gross-out humor a bit too often for my taste and I'm not a fan of the Klasky/Csupo animation style, but I did like this show for the most part. Ickis was my favorite, but Oblina had the best lines.

Hey Arnold!
Adorable, not overly preachy, and nice animation. Helga is still one of my favorite cartoon characters.

The Angry Beavers
I loved this one. Dag and Norb were great characters, it was just fun to look at and it carried a sort of "retro" undertone that I admit I was partial to. The show eventually ran short on plot and relied more and more on dialogue, but overall I just really enjoyed it.

The Wild Thornberrys
This show has some of the most hideous animation I've ever seen. I've never watched more than one episode (and was not impressed) because I just can't stand to look at it.

I adore it. The show is one of the most beautiful I've ever seen, and I'm consistently impressed by the animation, characters, voices, and writing. It has a style and atmosphere distinctly its own. "SpongeBob" is incredibly imaginative and multi-dimensional; despite the apparent backlash against it, it stands as a near-perfectly crafted cartoon show.

Rocket Power
I've never watched it. I have no interest in the subject matter, and the animation is ugly as sin.

The Fairly OddParents
It's very quick and clever. Every character is useful and entertaining; Timmy's hilariously clueless parents are together one of the show's best elements. The show has fallen into the typical "man stupid, woman smart" formula with Cosmo and Wanda, but Wanda is never malicious toward Cosmo and Cosmo isn't necessarily stupid - just spacey. It's more dialogue-driven than character-driven, but that works to its advantage. Finally, it's not preachy in the slightest but carries a wonderful basic message: Be happy with who you are. All in all, I can dig it.

Doug- Goddamn, do I miss Doug. He was so real, had such normal problems and still lived in a wierd enough world. Billy West=awesome

Rugrats/ Angelica and Susie's Preschool Daze/ All Grown Up- I thought the first few seasons of Rugrats was funny, a lot of adult jokes. Went REAL downhill after the introduction of Dil.

Ren and Stimpy- Loved it, love it, stay up til four in the morning to watch it. I really don't like the new "adult" version, too yiffy for my tastes.

Rocko's Modern Life- What can't be said? This was such a brilliantly funny show, and was great at deviating from the norm. Some really wicked jokes and parodies. I loved Ed Bighead.

Aaahh! Real Monsters- Only really good Klasky-Csupo, I loved Oblina. Too bad they only show it once in a while.

Hey Arnold!- I like it. I love the whole "kid in the big city" theme. Great variety of people and race without seeming preachy.

Kablam! / Action League Now!-...clever-ish, but I remember really liking the idea of stop-motion with action figures.

The Angry Beavers- Dear GOD this show is funny. Many things from this have made way into my vocabulary ("EEEEeeee!" ). Great music, fantastic voice work. It had a really strong retro feel too.

The Wild Thornberrys- Sucks like a good French Hooker.

Oh Yeah! Cartoons- eh

CatDog- Idiot idea, stupid plotlines, horrible animation. CatDog needed to be put to sleep by the first episode.

SpongeBob SquarePants- Good, but had a real decline after the first season. Still, had some great jokes, and some real quoteables.

Rocket Power- If Otto Rocket were real, I would strangle him in his sleep.

Pelswick- Short lived, eh? It was cute enough, but I've said before that I hate having someone handicapped for the purpose of being PC.

As Told By Ginger- I actually like it, although the style is atrocious. It is rather preachy, but it does so in a way that's not too bad.

Invader Zim- If I met Jhonen Vasquez, I would suck out his headmeat to gain his genius....GENIUS!! (bought it on DVD, really funny commentary)

The Fairly Oddparents- for a show that I thought had little potential, I love it. Two great movies, and a really good style. Also really good quoteables.

Chalk Zone-sucks. I hate the idea, hate the characters, hate the style.

The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron, Boy Genius-bad plot, bad characters, bad story, surprisingly good jokes.

My Life As A Teenage Robot-I hate it simply because it failed my expectations. It could have been so great, but really sucks. The characters are annoying, the stories are cliche. The style, while close to what Craig McCraken does, is quite good.

Danny Phantom- eh. It's got good coloring, and a few of the jokes are okay. Didn't live up to my potential either.

Crash Nebula- while actually just a FOP special, it was cute, funny, and really well animated. Nick needs to hire new voice actors, same main as DP, which is upsetting since he's not all that good.

Doug- Thought it was good, though Doug did annoy me now and then, but hand the same type of spirit as Fry.

Rugrats- It was okay, I did like some episodes. The early episodes. I do like some modern episodes featuring Kimi.

Ren and Stimpy (Show/ Adult Party Cartoon)I liked the show, it was funny and out there. I only saw one episode of the "adult" verison, it had some moments, but it wasn't as good as the old verison.

Rocko's Modern Life- It was good, though I thought it was stupid having Filburt getting married and having kids.

Aaahh! Real Monsters- Good, and had some moments.

Hey Arnold!- One of the best shows, I've seen, though I didn't like the fact they started to mention things like fart jokes towards the end. It was funny when just Grandpa mentioned fart jokes, but when everyone else started doing it, it took the fun out of it. Fart jokes are funny, but when a long running show starts overdoing it, it seems corny. There was an episode based on Phoebe, who didn't want to go school after farting in public. That just seemed stupid.

Kablam! / Action League Now!- Liked Action League Now, Sniz and Fondue and Life with Loopy

The Angry Beaver-Dagget was funny, I didn't like Norbert much. I always enjoyed watching Norbert getting hurt

The Wild Thornberrys- I never really liked this show.

Oh Yeah! Cartoons- Had some good cartoons. I didn't like the fact that had members of All That host the show during the last season.

CatDog- Thought the idea was stupid. It did have some good moments; Billy West as Rancid Rabbit was funny.

SpongeBob SquarePants- Has some memorable lines, but hardly watched it.

Rocket Power- I lost interest with this show for a long time.

Pelswick- Pretty decent, too bad Nick hardly promoted this show. It had potential.

As Told By Ginger- Never saw an episode, never tried to watch an episode.

Invader Zim- ZIM IS AN IDIOT. This show made no sense, it tried too much to be Ren and Stimpy or Rocko's Modern Life, in having weird scenes. The only thing I like about the show was Dib and when he got the best of ZIM. I'm not surprised this shows was cancelled.

The Fairly Oddparents- Good laughs.

Chalk Zone- Interesting premise. If this show came out in the 1980's, I would've watched it.

The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron, Boy Genius- Same opinion as above. I like the plots and CGI stuff. This show has the feeling of other shows from the 1980's and early 90's.

My Life As A Teenage Robot- Don't watch the show.

Danny Phantom- This is Hartman's Futurama, in that he has a good sophmore show for Nick. Though, this show does seem like a cross between Ghostbusters and superhero cartoons, Spider-man or something. This show has the making for a comic book in the future. I see a love romance between Danny and Sam, they first say they are just friends, but who knows what the future will hold. Danny Phantom is very different than other nick toons. Instead of have two episodes per show, they have one whole plot episode.

Crash Nebula- Will most likely rip-off Futurama and have FOP and Danny Phantom type humor. Crash Nebula, will most definitely follow the path of Futurama based on what I saw on that pilot episode. A nobody who will become a spacehero and falls in love with a female alien, where they'll meet weird aliens? Sound familiar, only difference is that Leela turned out to be a mutant and the robot on Crash Nebula is actually a Turkey in a hovering pod. It makes me wonder if any of Futurama's writers are writers for Crash Nebula.

Rugrats/ Angelica and Susie's Preschool Daze/ All Grown Up: I must be the only person alive who prefers AGU to the original. One is crap, one is crap-minus-one.

Ren and Stimpy (Show/ Adult Party Cartoon): The new show has made me retroactively hate the old show. I just can't enjoy it anymore.

Rocko's Modern Life: This show was brilliant and it's a crime they never show it anymore.

Aaahh! Real Monsters: For the life of me, I can't comprehend why anyone liked it. It's just as godawful as the rest of KC's non-Duckman offerings.

Hey Arnold!: I liked it. It had subtlety. It had wit. It had charm.

Kablam! / Action League Now!: Mostly fun. I despised Life With Loopy and Angela Anaconda, but the rest was decent.

The Angry Beavers: It was okay enough. Never got into it.

The Wild Thornberrys: This series did the impossible: It made Captain Planet look politically incorrect. Combine that with what may be the single ugliest lead character in history...

The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron, Boy Genius: I hate everyone on this show except Sheen. The plots are decent, but I wish everyone would die.

My Life As A Teenage Robot: It's fallen victim to the Nickelodeon "Let's Hoard All the New Episodes Forever Because it's Cheaper than Showing Them" strategy. If I see "See No Evil" or "Raggedy Android" one more time, I'll scream.

Danny Phantom: Fryfan called this Butch Hartman's Futurama, and I agree. More realized characters, more serious storylines, stronger continuity... now, if only they'd show some new episodes.

I find most Nicktoons to be entertaining and forgettable. Like most things, they are pleasantly mediocre. However, there are exceptions:

Hey Arnold! - I discovered this show several years ago out of shear boredom. It quickly became a favorite. Although the basic premise of the show wasn't new (the idea has been around at least since Hal Roach's "Our Gang" series in the early 30's), HA! had strong characters and interesting stories. I also like the background art. Too bad Bartlett and Nick had a falling out.

Fairly Odd Parents - this show cracks me up. Its wisecracks, innuendo, and general corniness remind me of the old Warner's cartoons. I can't wait for the new batch that Nick ordered earlier this year.

Which brings up Nick's biggest problem ... they rerun everything into oblivion (stir until bored, serves twelve). If you're going to order a new show, order a full batch of 26 episodes and show them as one season (not this two seasons of 13 episodes each).

Futurama is way better than ZIM.

ZIM ripped off Futurama's CGI effects. Whenever I saw ZIM's ship in CGI, I thought of the Planet Express ship, in that same shot.

ZIM and Futurama are very little alike FryFan. The cinematic effects aside, they have little in common. The plots are in no way similar. And the only reason ZIM was cancelled quicker than Futurama was because Nickelodeon didnt think it would be suitable for the pussy-ass childrens audience they love so much. It has a HUGE fan base, just like Futurama. And just like Futurama, it played NO part in it's cancellation.

Bottomline: I just don't like ZIM, okay. It was a crappy show and way over rated and if anybody has a problem with me saying this, too bad. This is my opinion and I don't have to like something that everybody else likes, except for Futurama of course. Not everybody is going to like a show, I'm just brave enough to admit it.

I just don't understand why people like ZIM so much. It was like one of those things that just caught on for no reason. If you like the show, I have no problem with that. The only reason why I said I didn't like ZIM, because this thread asks for your opinion on just nicktoons and not what people think on certain nicktoons.

You are right TheLampIncident, there were hardly any minorities on hey Arnold. except for Gerald who was black, Phoebe who was Asian and that rich Latino kid, Lorenzo. Were there any other minorities on the show?

Doug: I liked this show when I was younger. Saturday mornings, if I remember correctly. I haven't actually seen it for quite a few years.

Rugrats: My sisters and I loved Rugrats.

Rocko's Modern Life: I vaguely remember watching it occasionaly, and I remember nothing else about it.

Aaahh! Real Monsters: A weird show, I didn't mind it.

Hey Arnold!: Ah, football head.

The Angry Beavers: Can't stand it.

CatDog: Can't stand it.

SpongeBob SquarePants: Can be good, can be crap.

Yeah, I can really see Bender piloting an entire planet being on the show? What, just because the planet Mars is shown on ZIM, you think it's a ripoff? Vasquez, in his comics and ZIM, is extremely original and very conscious to the fact that he doesn't like making parodies and homages. The 3D in ZIM wasn't that spectacular, and that is admitted on the commentary.
Anyway, ZIM is probably one of the funniest and craziest shows ever. Not at Futurama level, but still great. Original plots, strange characters, unusual foreign locations, and just downright weird stuff always happening. It deserved a better run. What was good about it was that it was completely weird and stupid, but it never took itself really seriously. Unlike Family Guy, who tries to have the best of both worlds, and ultimately fails doing so. Don't try to make a rebuttal, because it FAILS.

yeah, Family Guy can have some awkward moments (in a bad way), but I don't think it necessarily fails. Overall, I think it's a great show.

Y'know, there aren't that many different ways to render cartoon spaceships in 3D... and Zim's overall style (both animation and content wise) are extremely different from Futurama...

Yes, you ARE allowed to hate Zim if you want,but the 'Zim is a rip off of Futurama' argument doesn't hold water.

That show didn't air on Nick. It aired on CBS. It was produced by Klasky-Csupo (The Simpsons Tracey Ullman shorts and half-hour shows seasons 1-4, Rugrats, Real Monsters, etc.) It's available on DVD, interestingly.

The only shows currently on it that I like are Fairly Oddparents and Danny Phantom. Invader Zim was the all-time best show on that network (in my oppinion) and why they cancelled it, I don't know. But I will make it my goal in life to find out.

After reading through this list, I find I agree with many of you. As one of the first Nicktoons, I enjoyed the original Rugrats series, but I find myself growing bored with the eternal youth of cartoons, especially children. This is why I enjoy the newer series, but fear that they will again be stuck in time if the series really lasts.

Doug - It was cool, even the Disney series. The move? Meh, took it in a different direction and left it there. Honestly naming the movie "Doug's 1st Movie" automatically promises more regardless of actual intention.

Aaahh! Real Monsters - This was ok although I find myself preferring eps with Simon and Ickis.

CatDog - It certainly didn't sound interesting. I found it rather annoying that half the time they acted like they were accidently joined rather than brothers. The Angry Beavers acted like brothers through and through. Problems arise between one episode and the tv movie. In the ep, they were going to have a CatDog family reunion. In the movie, they were orphaned. (Shakes head)

Rocko's Modern Life - Loved it.

Invader Zim - this freaking RULED! Sure it was weird, but if you sat down and watched the very short lived Butt Ugly Martians, you'd be singing praises for this show too.

Butt Ugly Martians - Hell no! The CGI made me want to puke, the theme song was lame and I couldn't really get past this to pay attention to the story. I'll bet it sucked though.

Jimmy Neutron - It's ok. A little nerve racking how EVERYTHING that happens on that show is somehow Jimmy's fault.

Hey Arnold! - Loved the show, wish they were making the second movie. To be honest I think they should have down the second one first. It was supposed to reveal details on Arnold's parents and knowing that, I could have lived without the one they did.

Chalkzone - I get the concept, but does it have to look so UGLY?! I also find it hard to believe some kid drew everything there. Unless the actual zone just existed. If not, can't see some kid drawing all that land.

Fairly Odd Parents - love the show, could do without the two stories in one half hour. Some of the best eps have taken the full show. The TV movies aren't too bad either.

Danny Phantom - full half hour show and I love it. I wish they'd shown an origin ep rather than just relying on the theme song to tell us. *shrugs*

Ren and Stimpy - never one for gross out humor, I didn't really care for this. Had it's moments though.

Kablam! - segmented show. If I don't much care for a divded half hour show than I really don't care for this. Pretty much everything on this show was crap.

Wild Thornberrys - Most people have expressed dislike for the show. I didn't mind it too much though I felt the lead girl would be a little less stupid about nature since her parents host and shoot a nature program. But no. In one episode she completely screws up the ecosystem. Oookay. Also, let's chat with animals that would rather kill us than talk. Yay!

Pelswick - This was ok, but when I saw it, I had no idea it was cancelled. I do have one complaint though. There ARE disabled people who aren't wheelchair bound. Just because they can use their body a little better than the wheelchair bound does not mean they aren't disabled. That's my only problem. When the media decides to focus on disabled people, the wheelchairs represent them. It's just a bit unfair that's all. What about the deaf and the blind? *shrugs* That aside, like I said it's all right.

Rocket Power: Imagine watching people do something you could never do (or at least not well) and really want to do. That's what this is like for me. Even the token geek boy can do everything depicted on that show.

As Told By Ginger - I think it tries to be Doug, but ends up boring me.
