if people want to make pointless threads like i, they can just go and do so as they please, nomatter what anyone else says :

Actually, it matters a lot what the Moderators say. For example, if they close your thread, then it matters, because it means that:1. Your thread was not wanted. 2. No more posts can be made in that thread. If they ban you, it matters because: 1. You will be banned, and from our perspective that could be a good thing. 2. You will no longer be able to create any threads, which is from our perspective highly satisfactory. 3. You might just learn from the experience. And that's where you are wrong. PEEL is a private website. It's owners (mArc and Slimmy) have decided they don't want pointless threads on their forum, because, and this is the real kicker, it cost them money to run. Yep, that's right, people pay real money to keep PEEL runing. So if they (or their appointed helpers, called moderators) tell you not to create pointless or redundant threads, you have two options here: do as told or get the hell out. It's as simple as that.
