It helps if you 're a regular, and if the mods and admins like you I guess. In the end, it 's all up to our Supreme Grand mAster.

They don't pick you out of the blue I guess. I think maturity is one of the most important characteristics you need.

In the last 2 years, only two new moderators have been added: Drippy and Tweek. Drippy after off-topic almost spun out of control, and Tweek after the forum actually crashed. So it's a very rare occourance. Probably wont happen again in the foreseeable future.

I guess sending a large cheque to mArc might help  :p

I think PEEL has enough mods now though, I only got the job because it was thought a mod from this side of the Atlantic was needed for when the others were asleep  :)

comiccollector, they're all lying!  To become a mod you have to reach 10000 posts within six months of joining!  :)
