How can I do to paste my images on a post or topic?   :confused:

Use the image tags: [ img]*type URL here*[ /img]

Just leave out the spaces inside the brackets.

On any webpage (EXCEPT somethingawful.com), right click the image.  In the menu, choose 'properties'.

Triple click the url. Example: http: // www .somesite.com/somepic.jpg   
Then right click and choose 'copy'.

In your post, put this link between tags.  Now it will look like this:

[img ]http://www.somesite.com/somepic.jpg[/ img]

(without the spaces).
