I totally DID NOT get tickets. I got to Ticketmaster at about 9:05 because I slept through my alarm (I've been sick man!), only to be told they sold out in 1 minute.

I'm totally spending $250 for one on eBay though.

[edit] What's that? Some kind of SECOND SHOW? Huzzah!

I bought 2 tickets for the Arcade Fire!

X-mas presents for OTHER people

Some nicely packaged Haiges chocolates for some of the girls at work, a Chris-Cringle present, and some other presents. I did get a few things for me.

2 pairs of shoes, they're basic "vans" slip-on style shoes (Zu is the brand) that look like either of crossword or tetris blocks, one pair grey/white, one black/white, so i can wear one pair or the other, or alternate.

Also got Assassins Creed Artbook/Prima guide for $16. Bargain.

True. One PS3 could also buy five AK-47s for a militia, and the rifles will still be lovingly in service in thirty years time long after your PS3 has rotted into dust.

Bought: A pair of NN2S "Bike Gang" shirts.

Cooking stuff. Actually, I've had the non-nonstick pans for a while now, but the two nonstick skillets are new as are the rest of the gadgets and the little All-Clad pan. Total outset for the new stuff: about $100. The 8 piece set, which I got a few months ago, was only $30.

My money has been disappearing into buying cycling equipment. As in a team uniform, winter clothes, clipless shoes and pedals, oh, and a new bike. Totaled almost $1300, but it's so worth it compared to the grand total of $250 of stuff (including the bike) that I was using before.

*Cycling clothes not pictured, but I'm sure none of you want to see me in spandex anyway.
