No actually I use composite because I can't find wood around here and if I can, the stick is too short. Also today I bought some cloth stick tape, some sock tape, some stick glue (for the secure attachment of aforementioned blades), and some spare pucks. Yay expenditures!

Hey, looks like Ben gave taught us all about the most powerful anti-depressant of all: rage. Now let's all shut up and sing!Before bed today, I took a trip out to Davison (about 40 miles north) to pick up a target aperture for my match rifle from Williams Gun Sight ($8). On the way home, I stopped by the mall to pick up a new pair of shades as my current pain has a massive gouge in one of the lenses. The new ones are Arsenal Optix (never heard of them) Rails with polarized lenses ($30). Finally I stopped by Meijer to pick up some wasabi for dinner when I came across a clearance on bakingware. I nabbed a cookie sheet ($4) since one of mine is horribly uneven, leaving cookies made on it squished together and bulbous. It's a phenomenon I initially thought of as "cookie cleavage", but later determined "Cookie Cleavage" may already be the name for a porn star somewhere. Geez!! Kindness and forgiveness can go a long way to quelling the storms of war of words and stepping on people's feelings. Rather than be the perpetrator of malcontent, bitterness, and ill will... try being the perpetrator of random acts of kindness... something... This medium is as real as any other medium of communication. How one conducts oneself is as real on that little monitor box of a screen as is one to write a letter or tip one's hat to one's fellow traveler in a welcoming greeting. We all have to look at ourselves in the mirror at some point. And can we like ourselves for our actions. When one points a finger forward at another and make taunting, cruel comments; we are also pointing, ultimately, FOUR fingers back at ourselves. The things we throw out to harm others is, ultimately, how one views life from thier "perch" and mirrors how we subconciously view ourselves. Do we like ourselves? Do we like life? are we able to forgive human nature being human? Those FOUR fingers say a lot. Pay attention to what you are trying to say to one's self. I'm guessing you didn't get my "really bad Vegas lounge entertainer" thing. It's pretty lame...this thread has been kinda scary, what with all the threats of bodily harm, so I went for the "let's yuck it up" vibe. Which obviously failed.
