Thanks for the warning about multiple posts. I will remember to be careful about that.Flight attendants are seen as blonde bimbos in the USA, too. Our flight attendants are all Icelandic, and they have a REALLY good union. It is seen as a very glamorous job. You get to travel to trendy places, you only work so many days a month. And wherever you go the cost of living is lower than Iceland, so (to keep on topic) they do a lot of shopping when they travel. We joke that they wind up supporting the GNP of the countries where they travel. in Iceland they are viewed as being high class and jet setting. Their work is very hard during flights, though. Many people do not realize they are really there for passenger safety but people treat them like restaurant staff. Nice to hear you are a nurse. My brother is, too. He loves his work and is much happier than when he was in business management.

-Small Sennheiser earphones to use with my laptop when out of the house-Second hand book: Mother Tongues, travels through tribal Europe. I could only find a translated version though, bummer. I prefer reading things in the original language, given that I speak it ofcourse.
It's about a British family who travel through Europe to discover minorities and their languages. Saami, Sorbians, Basques etc -chocolate milkshake, yay

Season 3 of Lost was on special at the shop yesterday so I had to buy it. Now I'm just waiting on Lost season 2, and season 1 & 2 of Sliders to come in the mail. Then my life will almost be complete..

Woo, LOST!I bought Some Convers shoes, a few cans of Dr Pepper (Also, i found a site that'll let me buy bulk!) and rented Burnout Paradise, I'm def going to buy that soon.

I just pre-ordered 4 copies of BWABBs: 1 for Kelly and me, 1 for my friend April who is a Nurse Anethesist stationed in Iraq, 1 for Archonix and 1 for El-Man in New Zealand.I also ordered the DVD sets of Happy Days and Laverne and Shirley, both of the Season Three for Kelly. I personally hate both those shows. Dammit, when are they going to put Duckman on DVD?

There's probably disputes with who controls the rights... since a lot of shows never even considered the thought of being sold on video/dvd from that time. Lot of legal mumbojumbo....Monday, Tuesday... Happy Days.....

Didn't seem obvious from the small photo posted. I guess only upon another closer squinting, I can see the faint "JAHRE" instead of "YEARS" now... yeesh. Just FYI I can buy international stock and it not be in Euros. So in my opinion my question is fairly valid and shouldn't be dismissed so rudely.

rach: Be warned, itunes will just harrass you to pay $20 for half of the apps which came standard on the iPhone every time you plug it in. Otherwise they're quite awesome.

Dude, do you know how jealous Demeter, Coldangel, Archonix and Marcus are going to be? That's a damned fine piece of equiptment. The equivilant is a nice OBD1 and OBD2 car computer scanner to Eggs and myself. A comparison: The AutoXray EZ Read 2000 is like using MS Paint and a mouse. Eggs' scanner is like your tablet. Fucking nice.
