if it's any comfort, counterintuitively, the difficulty of solving does not increase exponentially with larger cubes. In fact, the difficulty basically plateaus, and it's really just a matter of larger cubes taking more time beyond 5x5.The appeal of buying larger ones is purely to get reactions like these.

That's because I'm not sure if I can stay at my current job yet.No fancy stuff like CD's or DVD's. Sometimes I don't get where you guys get money.

I've been doing a lot of impulse-spending lately. Today I got this: Just finished setting it up, now the filter's running, I'll go back for fish in a few days. Planning to get at least a pair of small goldfish (one gold, one black) and an african dwarf frog. Probably

goldfish are so dirty. You'd be better off with some mollies or something. Tetras are nice too. I bought two bottles of Virginia wine made with Norton grapes. A bottle of Norton wine jam (soo good). a bunch of free biscotti samples (the lady gave me her leftovers!). a copper and wooden necklace that has gone missing already. 3 bottles of awesome garlic sauce/marinade/pure joy. and I got a free steak dinner at Outback, which was wonderful, especially after not eating much (too busy) for two days. I was working at a friend's booth at a wine expo all weekend, that explains where I picked up all my loot

VF: I'm not set on goldfish in particular, really, but I thought Mollies require salt water? Which I'm pretty sure the frogs couldn't survive in. The african dwarf frog is the one thing I've got my heart set on. Just hope the ones at my local petsmart don't have that fungal infection that kills them in 3 months... they don't sell the clawed frogs, so I'm hoping they don't. edit: someone said I was wrong on the mollys, I checked a few sites and it seems they're right, they don't require salt water. However, the tank is smaller than it might look in the picture, only 2.5 gallons, and from the same poking around seems they need larger tanks...

vf: yah, I saw that same thing my first google search, but I checked a few aquarium sites (including theaquariumwiki.com) and it seems they can take salty water but don't actually require it.

okay then, if it's two small for a couple mollies it is DEF. too small for 2 goldfish. Since they are so dirty you will be killing yourself keeping that thing clean. Get some fish that aren't such poop factories.
