Mine's parmigiano reggiano. Although brie sometimes takes the lead. And bleu? Always near the top. What's yours? I was going to make this a poll, but there are far too many kinds of cheeses to do that. So, I'll merely sit back and enjoy a healthy off-topic discussion with friends about mankind's greatest food.

Richard Cheese.  It's smooth!  :)

Failing that, mild cheddar, mozzeralla and edam.

Parmesan smells like sick.

I like a variety Somerset Brie, strong Cheddar, Danish Blue, goats cheese, in fact there aren't many I don't like  :D

Provolone (goes real good on grilled chicken sandwiches)

Mozzarella comes in a close second.

And eh...cheddar's not bad.

It's been ages since I've had brie or camenbert, but I still remember how good it tasted.

Muenster's good melted on a sandwich.  I also enjoy brie for spreading, and of course, if you're offering me pasta, there'd better be parmesan available.

-Parmesan,
-mozarella,
-Abondance. It's a French cheese, from a special race of cows in one particular region of the Alps. Dry and sweet and not so well known.

Every male person who likes mild cheese is gay. That's a scientifically proven fact.

Hmm, so let's see:
Parmigiano Reggiano, which also makes for a good snack.
Gouda, as long as it's older than 10 months. If it's so hard you can't cut it properly and it's totally salty, it's good.
Brie, if it's old Brie. You know, the one with that really bad smell.
Esrom, because it's the best cheese you can have on Pizza.
Roquefort and every other strong blue mold cheese. I have yet to encounter one I don't like.
I also really dig washed-rind cheeses if they're not too mild.

And I totally abhor basically every cheese you can buy in a normal supermarket that's pre-cut because they usually taste like paper. Especially stuff like supermarket Gouda or Emmentaler.

Cougar Gold
Savor the nutty flavor of our most famous and popular cheese! Cougar Gold is a white, sharp cheddar with a taste that resembles Swiss or Gouda. Aged for at least one year.

"Cheese salad" is one of my favourite self made "drunk craving" snacks.

Slices of cheese (Gouda, Emmental, whatever's in the fridge), chunks of cheese (mozarella,...) olive oil, pepper, dried walnuts, maybe dried tomatoes.

Brie is good, although i've not had much of the really bad smelling versions recently.

Double Gloucester, Red Leicester and Edam are other faves here.

My favourite cheeses are Y Fenni - Cheese with wholegrain mustard in it, YUMMY!

Hot Edam - Edam with chillies in it.

Bowland - Nicknamed birthday cake cheese because it has raisins, sultanas, apple and cinnamon.  Truly an awesome mix.

The only drawback is that all three are an pain to get hold of.

You won't get an argument from me.  It's the best sandwich cheese.
Turkey breast, swiss cheese, Kraft horseradish sauce on sourdough bread.
Can't beat it.

I miss the cheese in Italy. So good. So very, very good.
Although my friend and I went through a phase of brie-for-dinner, my favourite cheese is still buffalo mozarella. Dear God yes.
Also, considering you can't get good buffalo mozzarella here, baby bocconcini and/or roaring 40's blue vein will do.
