It's Amanda Waller, the head of Project Cadmus and the "Suicide Squad," both used as tools against the capes in the DCU. So yes, Batman is apparently spying on a  large black woman as she gets out of the shower. Even when I saw that on tv, I was absolutely shocked and amused that they chose to introduce Batman in that way in that episode.

That's possibly the coolest thing I've ever seen, despite its fakeness. I wonder if it'd be possible to turn the entire back of a notebook screen into one big CCD and have that video feed into a live desktop.

Can you imagine one of those with an Optimus OLED keybord? Bliss.

It looks like someone just took a picture for wallpaper and matched it up with the background to me..  :hmpf:
I was going to try it muyself actually, it may be harder without a laptop but I'll see what I can do with my Acer LCD.  :p

Also: OLEDs = Trés Cool.
