I've never seen a thread on this subject here, so this is my attempt to fill PEEL with more joy and happiness. What's your favorite radio show, or presenter, or whatever?

BBC Radio Four has just started a new series of Sorry, I Haven't a Clue which is one of the best comedies on or off the radio. For the non-brits, SIHAC is a comedy quiz show in the same vein as 'Have I Got News For You' but not as topical.

There is a similar programme that I like as well- The 99p Challenge. Similar thing except more bizarre. But just as funny.

Radioactive (first outing for Angus Deayton and his regular collaborators, Helen Atkinson-Wood, Geoffrey Perkins, Philip Pope and Michael Fenton-Stevens) and Chris Morris's offerings: On The Hour and Blue Jam are my favourites.

Anyone who's got through an episode of Blue Jam will know that it's the most hilariously disturbing radio show ever.

The Don and Mike show. It doesn't come on here anymore, but it's teh funniest show evAr!1

The Jim Rome show. I like him, but I can't stand his callers.

And...Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity and Michael Savage when I feel like listening to morons. *is attacked by Femzilla*

Hannity's OK, I can almost stand Limbaugh, but Savage is an incredible jackass. I can't bear listening to his crazy talk even a little.

Most stuff on NPR is pretty good.  I like "The Connection", "The Todd Munt Show", and "Talk of the Nation" (especially on Science Friday or SciFri).  I used to listen to "Car Talk" a lot, but I have since lost interest.

When is it on? It is one of the funniest shows on the radio. I would suggest a Mornington Cresent thread but I think it would be spammed by people who don't know the rules  :nono:  :p

I just happened to check the paper last night and saw it was on so switched the radio on right away. It's on at 18:30 on Mondays.
