I have no idea how to do scans  :( I wish I did though. I doubt I can on this piece of crap anyway.

if you want to make avatar from this scan, resize it to 64x64 and make it transparent.

You need photoshop. Its a rough bussiness man. Im almost good at it.

My main problem is that the outlines end up being so thick I cant color.(if anyone knows what I can do to fix that tell me, Ive already tried making the brush its smallest)

"How about the Yarn-People of Nylar 4!"

This one was hard; not the making of the scan, which wasn't overly difficult, but cropping it down enoguh so you could make out the yarn lines in the Yarn-Person's head and still show part of the body. It turned out nice in the end, though, if you don't mind the white outlines around the hair-yarn bits.  :)
