The small, corrupt, moralistic government is mainly concerned with Law & Order, although Commerce and Defence are secondary priorities. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 4%. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Automobile Manufacturing, Book Publishing, and Door-to-door Insurance Sales industries.

Crime is a problem. Richnya's national animal is the short-beaked echidna and its currency is the richnyan rubel.
