For your information, PEELers are mainly situated in 2 clusters. One in the UK, and one on the Eastern area of America and Canada.

Other lesser hotspots are Germany, Scandinavia, Australia and Russia, but Russia is so damn huge it kinda negates the effect.
Those not of nations American, Australian, British, German, Canadian or Russian, or Scandinavian, are usally quite sparse.
