Mom might be appealing to the "older generation". Leela for the man who wants a woman who is a bit bloke-ish. Amy is a bit of a player, so she may be sexy, but if you want a relationship it's Leela. DeBabara is Hermes's wife so, to him she would be sexy....
But my poor gorgeous Zoidberg, isn't he fab??

If there's a delicious cake, isn't it better to have one slice than none at all? Even if four other guys eat the other four slices, and they're all thrusting their sweaty naked bodies against the cake?

Michelle and Colleen are attractive physically, but are boring and manipulative. Being cute is part of the equation, but the sexiest part of woman is her attitude, imo. This woman may not fit perfectly into the Hollywood bombshell stereotype, but she's cute, smart, and very adventurous. iow, sexy! A woman who loves icanhazcheeseburger and collects alien artifacts and weapons? Who cares that she has an obvious birth defect - she's hot!

I have to agree with the people above; Colleen was very attractive. I loved the scene where she was fighting and had all that lovely hair swinging around! Also, this probably sounds creepy, but I think Mom is somehow appealing in her elephant-skin rug, neck-jowl way. Leela, I think, is probably the most attractive, though; however, I'm probably not a very good judge of this as a straight female.
For the men, Fry, definitely. Question though (it's probably been asked before): is he meant to be physically attractive on the show? Obviously, most of the ladies are, but I can't tell if Fry's intended to be cute or unattractive.

Well... she does have quite a big nose But for the rest of her appearences, yes, quite good. As for amy, I'd say typical asian girl. Like that...

Leela has a nice figure, and the purple hair is exotic. She also has big smelly boot-feet, big nose, one eye, elbow talons, and a singing boil, according to various episodes. And her wristamajigger is none too impressed with her personal hygiene.

The character's attractiveness is rather subject to change, depending on the plot:
Leela is the most obvious example. In early episodes, her one eye grossed everyone out. While in the present season, hardly anyone notices it (even people she meets for the first time), and the character can be percieved as the "hot babe someone might try to hit on" when the plot/scene demands.
Fry was treated similar: He had no trouble finding a girl for a one night stand in the Hip Joint. As a witty conversation and/or an impressive wallet are out for the equation, an at least acceptable look is one of the few remaining reasons to persuade her. Also, early Amy was sometimes rather shallow. It does not look like her to enter a relationship with someone who does not have at least a certain "minimum level" of attractiveness. Yet, in TDVC, Fry mentioned his Mom said he was not really a looker.
That said, the character can appear attractive or ugly, depending on the Episode/Scene.
