Cubert has the most irritating voice ever, after that stupid greeting card from Mother's Day.

It's simple, vote for the character that you hate the most in Futurama. I've included the most widely hated charaters.
I felt it was time for a POLL on the subject.
lol cubert is most evil in the pee poll

I'd say Michelle. She cheated on Fry, got back together with him and then left him again.

Yeah, I totally forgot about that. But if there was an annoying characters updated, I'd say she's probably the most annoying, next to Amy. Amy just really gets on my nerves.

I still never quite understood the hatred for Cubert. I don't exactly like the character or anything, but his role in the show is just too minimal to warrant the backlash.

It's because he acts too cocky and better-than-you. Also he's quite annoying.

cubert, its annoying.
That's a fucking awesome post, Fry-Azel! I still never quite understood the hatred for Cubert. I don't exactly like the character or anything, but his role in the show is just too minimal to warrant the backlash.

Isn't that, like, the entire idea, though?

The initial Cubert was planned as the stereotypical "annoying, nitpicking nerd, picking apart every illogical detail". Unfortunately, the writers opted out of this again, and reduced him to a more standard "annoying wiseguy kid".
Maybe they considered him redundant: Several fans would share certain traits with the initial Cubert, and pick those nits themselves. Having a character just repeat those fans' toughts could have been seen as unnecessary.
