That's weird, wouldn't that be easy to guess?

One of the peoples' names reminds me of...

Roberto.     ;)

LOL, I feel like a loser resonding to something from the first page but...

In Fred Meyer, I saw I.C. Winters brand bathrobes. Not quite uncanny, but it made me smile. I would've bought one, but I can't afford to buy frequent gag gifts for myself. As evidenced by the fact that I was shopping at Fred Meyer.

You just reminded me that I need to go to Fred Meyer this week.  :D Thanks!

2nd TOTPD I've gotten today

There's this old guy that lives down the road that has this little robot made out of tin cans in his tree, it reminds me of Bender.

I've seen something similar in a car repair shop-they've made this robot from old/broken exhaust pipes-which looks just like Bender.

It took me a while to decide if I should post this or not, because it's family buisness, but...
my aunt always used to sing "I will Wait" at family get-togethers, like X-Mas, Easter, etc. She also requested that it was one of the songs played at her funeral when she was about to die of lung cancer. It's always very hard for me to watch Jurassic Bark now because of that...
On a happier note, though, congradulations, SP. Nice work   :)

I'm sorry for your loss and pain. Really, I am. I lost my great-grandma recently...

There's this teacher i saw at a school i was visiting one that looked like Billy West. I've seen him since, and he just reminds me of our beloved show.

There's a band called futurama.  that reminds of futurama.  also saying "also" in a funny way to add things to a list like fry does.  also whenever someone says something was cool i go, "That's the greatest thing I ever saw!"

My dog Sadie watches TV and stares directly at the screen, she's usually the most attentive to the TV during futurama, she'll put her head forward and stiffen her neck with her eyes squarely focussed on futurama, it reminds me of when they show the family and the dog from Bender should not be allowed on TV who have their eyeballs focussed on Bender

our class was watching a movie about space, and the narrator commented (im gunna be as accurate as i can) "what would you find in space??? a saucepan, or a *LOBSTER*??" everybody cracked up, and started going "woop woop woop woop" when we walked out of the theatre, the bus had *BENDER'S* written on the side of it!!! and on our way out my friend got a *FRY'S* turkish delight from the vending machine.

@ Zoiby: my sisters school is in Leela st

MY SCHOOL IS IN FARNSWORTH AVENUE!!!

the other day, i was in the library with most of my class working on an end of year project. i have a friend called John, and when i found an encylopedia for him, i yelled out "HEY ZOIDBERG!! GET OVER HERE!!" then realized what i just said!!

The female lead in one of my favourite sci-fi films, 'Pitch Black', is named Fry.

The plot of the anime series 'Blue Gender' revolves around a clumsy loudmouthed loser with spiky orange hair and a knobbly nose who is placed in cryogenic stasis and is awakened in the future and has a tortured romance with a humourless soldierly-type woman. Reminds me of Fry and Leela.

Marvin the paranoid android in The Hitchhiker's Guide novels reminds me of Bender somewhat.

Dave Lister from the sci-fi comedy series 'Red Dwarf', the chronologically-displaced 'last human' in the universe is a disgusting slob who reminds me of Fry.

The Original Series of Star Trek now ALWAYS reminds me of Zapp Brannigan.

The green 'Thunderbirds' ship, I forget what number it is, but you know the one. It reminds me of the Planet Express ship.

the SpongeBob episode SB-129 reminds me of futurama:
Squidward gets frozen, 2000 years later he gets thawed out
SpongeBob holds up a hammer, and a lazer comes out of the end, just like the axe in xmas story.
Sqiudward goes into a room which turns out to be a can opener...........
SpongeBob: EVERYTHING is made of chrome here in the future!!!

EDIT:
The Lead singer of the like is called Z Berg....   :D

I know it might be strange but my C.O sounds like the Prof, he came in the other day and said "Good news everyone" and me and the lads started laughing, until he continued.... "you'll be heading out to Shat-Al-Hamaa to 'deliver' fuel to the American Marines" needless to say it were like the Prof giving them a dangerous mission.

That and my friend Kai back home looks like Amy Wong

It didn't have psychic powers though, and I just stabbed it with a fire poker.

I found a pair of autographed parachute pants at an op shop the other day. Not autographed by Jam Master J (didn't recognise the autograph), but still pretty cool. I didn't know people would actually do that.
